Excellent pizzas by the slice, good pizzas, quality ingredients. I often prefer it to traditional pizza, a skilled and expert pizza chef.

Having entered the Focacceria Acqua e Farina in Acireale by chance, just to have a snack while waiting for the rain, I was surprised! The porchetta and cream potato focaccia was truly excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavours. The place is simple, presenting itself as a bakery with display counters full of inviting proposals. The service is managed by the shop assistant/cashier, who was quick and courteous. Only note: the prices are a little above average compared to a classic bakery, but the quality justifies the expense. Perfect for a tasty and quality break. 4 stars deserved!
