It can be described in one word: spectacular!!! A wonderful experience in this unique place. It's a shame the staff wasn't exactly the friendliest, but it was worth it.

Wonderful place 😍 From the entrance, where you're greeted by the pleasant scent of the many fragrances that surround you, to the refined, fairytale-like atmosphere, to the delicious, sophisticated, and by no means predictable aperitif. I'll return whenever I feel like pampering myself a little more. Congratulations!

At Christmas time, lights, glitter, perfumes... Sparkling, it feels like being in a fairy tale... And what a wow decor... Excellent cocktails and aperitifs... I'll be back

If I could give more stars, I'd add a final plus (for praise). It's absolutely the most magical place in Turin. Mrs. Terry, with her elegance, her dialectic, and her way of speaking about fragrances as if they were feelings, enchants you... Mario creates cocktails that speak to the palate, and Luca creates delights that satisfy all the senses. I wish I knew the words to describe the magic you breathe, but they don't exist. When you enter Floris, you experience sensations that can only be compared to magic. It's not a shop, much less a bar or a restaurant, but a place where the soul is oxygenated. Thank you, Terry, for the magnificent description of all the types of vanilla and amber... you've stolen my heart ❤️.

One of the most beautiful perfume boutiques I’ve ever visited — especially during the Christmas season. Floris House is a true hidden gem in the heart of Turin. Located inside a stunning 19th-century palace, the store feels more like a luxurious private salon than a shop. The interior is breathtaking: glass domes, warm lights, elegant décor, and an incredible selection of niche fragrances and scented candles. Every detail is curated with taste and sophistication. The atmosphere during Christmas is magical — festive, refined, and full of character. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly passionate about perfumery.

I called and spoke to the operator Zina, who was extremely kind, attentive and cordial, and very knowledgeable about perfumes. I went last night and was welcomed by Zina and Rona in a cordial and professional manner, what more can I say... thanks, Chapeau.
