Floriana Ristorante In Salò

We were staying in Salò to relax after the hustle and bustle of Italy and we weren't expecting to have one of the best gastronomic experiences of our trip. We were very well attended to by the owner, Estefano, and the waitress, and the food was sensational. We ate pasta with black garlic paste that was spectacular, a fish (sea bass) with artichoke cream, and the next day we returned and had as an appetizer a rabbit stuffed with chicken and for the main course a fish lasagna with pumpkin and another with pork steak with mashed potatoes, onion and sea bass, simply unforgettable! Don't expect large portions, but they are very satisfying and the flavor is sensational. For dessert we had the pistachio tiramisu, also very good. When I return to Italy, it will be the first restaurant I want to go back to.

This restaurant has the nicest staff my husband and I have met in Italy. They truly made our evening memorable. Most importantly, the food was fantastic! Make sure to allow plenty of time to enjoy all of their menu courses. We highly recommend the pistachio tiramisu!

This restaurant is located in a historic building in the heart of Salò. It offers highly refined cuisine, using top-quality ingredients and expertly prepared. The dining rooms feature beautiful, well-maintained, large vaulted ceilings. The service is impeccable, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable for the food. The wine selection is also superb. Every time we pass through Salò, we stop at this restaurant. It always demonstrates the same high quality and courtesy. Truly, congratulations.

Found it by chance. The menu was clear and creative, very tasty, and the food was excellent. The staff were super friendly and made every effort to offer a vegan option for one of our group.

We had the degustation. It was fantastic, the risotto is the best I've ever tasted. Lovely decor and our waiter explained everything on our plate in good English. I wouldn't hesitate to go again

Today, September 25, 2025, I went with my family, including Golden, to visit Salò. I should start by saying that I'm from Sirmione. This restaurant was recommended to me by a local shopkeeper. The staff were kind and courteous, the dishes were meticulously prepared and amazing, all accompanied by delicious small tastings that were kindly offered. What can I say... definitely beyond my wildest expectations. A journey through the flavors and aromas of our magnificent lake. It is with great enthusiasm that I feel it is right to recognize the passion these people convey, first in their dishes and then in their interactions with their customers. Hats off!

La ubicación era muy tranquila y atractiva. Nos sentamos afuera a cenar y estuvo muy bien. El servicio fue amable y muy servicial. La comida estaba bellamente presentada y deliciosa. El vino era abundante y de precio razonable.

Una piacevole scoperta nel cuore di Salò. Tutto in questo ristorante è curato nel dettaglio. Dal servizio preparatissimo e garbato ai piatti che sono un piacere alla vista ed al palato . Attenzione e varietà con proposte al momento anche per chi è intollerante, vegetariano e vegano. Consigliatissimo .
