I was so tired after visiting the Colosseum and Roman Forum that I went looking for a gelato shop nearby. It was so delicious that I went again later.

This was the best gelato we had in Rome. Far better quality than the more touristy spots around. Stop in and give this one a try if you’re craving gelato. I really liked the coconut, lemon, and hazelnut flavors.

No real complaints. The gelato is ok. Nothing to line up over. Options are very basic and limited. The fruit flavours just taste like Breyer’s brand sorbet tubs from Walmart. But staff is rude. Try harder next time. Therefore today you get 3 stars.

The ice cream is so-so in taste. Quite expensive: 4 EUR for two balls in a waffle cone. But the service is efficient and very nice. If you are allergic to cocoa, please note that the wafer is covered with chocolate on the inside.

Local tour guide said the locals get gelato here, and so should you. They also said you can tell it's good if the gelato has a cover on it, which it does. Have lunch at Alle Carette and have gelato here, simple 🤷‍♂️

T & C Burger Lab

27/04/2024: We just returned to T & C after a 6 year absence from Rome. We went several times and asked for jalapeños. We were so excited that they now have a Mexican burger on the menu that includes jalapeños. We ordered that burger and fries tonight and both were delicious. The food is prepared quickly and with care. Highly recommend if you are in the mood for a burger.
23/04/2024: I had saved this place on my trip advisor app and I am glad I did. It was a delicious break from pizza and pasta. The burger was very flavorful and the fries were good as well. It would help to speak and understand a little Italian, we had some trouble understanding the man taking our order, but we figured it out
