The place is fine, the atmosphere was pleasant, even though it was crowded on a Saturday night. The food: I ordered tuna because it said everything was fresh and caught by them, and well, I didn't like it (it was undercooked for my taste), and the pasta and calamari were average. Nothing special. Quite expensive for not enjoying it much.

We stumbled upon Flamingo by chance, and the dinner was truly superb. The fregola, freshly cooked, was delicious, and the malloreddus were exceptional. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. I know Sardinia and its cuisine quite well, and for me, it's one of the best places I've ever eaten.

We have been to Flamingo several times and have always eaten very well.
Exquisite tuna carpaccio, also recommended are the spaghetti with clams and the Catalan-style octopus.
Simple place, kind and helpful owner.
The myrtle offered at the end of the dinner was very welcome.

We simply took three pizzas which in their simplicity were really good (wood oven and really good sauce for the red base). The owner and the waiters were really kind and welcoming.

The best calamari in San Teodoro. We ordered spaghetti carbonara and butarga. The pasta was good, but the carbonara perhaps lacked a little flavor.
