Despite the busy place, the food arrived quickly and the place was clean.

Understanding how fast food works, I agree on having staff that barely talk to customers, especially when they don't know how to talk to customers. But if you have staff working at the order&pay desk, please train them to be polite and respectful. Otherwise put the machine as McD and others has done. Because you are super expensive nowadays.

We ordered a cheese burger and it was very delicious. The staff is friendly and I would like to thank the Egyptian employee Ahmed, who is the epitome of good manners and dealings. He makes you come back to the same branch to deal with him ❤️

Good burgers, the kind you'd find in a chain. Good fries, and you can eat peanuts in bags while you wait. They have a wide variety of drinks with refills.

Almost everything is top-notch! Food: the quality of the ingredients is beyond average fast food, and the average price of €20-30 justifies everything. The quantity is also truly remarkable. Furthermore, after the service, everyone is free to order as many drinks and sauces as they want from those available. At the checkout, there are ingredients you can add to your sandwich, and you can choose as many as you like, however many you like; these ingredients are included in the price! Service is one star less, and I'll explain why right away: it would be top-notch if they accepted meal vouchers, since the area is still an office district, and there are, like me, a lot of office workers who go there. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, with the music a bit loud, but all in all, it's absolutely worth it. Anyone who says the prices are expensive is completely wrong, given the location and the fact that Milan has been expensive for years! In fact, they're on par with other pubs where they make you pay for everything, even the sauces. The average price of a hamburger bun in Milan is around 12-18 euros... And for quantity and quality, I'd put this chain first for now, followed by Roadhouse, Old Wild West, Burger King, and McDonald's. I'd gladly go back!!! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quick lunch outside of 1-2 pm.

At this store, as at others I've visited in various cities, the staff is friendly and patient. For the first time, I ordered a hotdog instead of a hamburger, and I wasn't disappointed at all!
