Five Guys In Milano

Quality burgers (for a fast food) and fast service. Drinks with unlimited refills and with "American" flavors.

my first time in five guys and its so delicious for fast food, i suggest coca cola vanilla

I was not impressed. I heard positive reviews from my American friends that Five Guys gives them a nostalgic feel of America and their burgers are delicious. But for me the burgers was not that impressive, it didn't gave me a great impact. 😅 I've tried other American fast food in Milan and I prefered them rather than Five Guys 😬 They won't serve you the food in a tray, you'll have it inside a paper bag full of oily french fries (if you ordered one) mixed with your burger covered in aluminum foil. So for starters you'll already have an oily start in your hands. 🤣 Burger they have prepared for me was soggy maybe because of the mushroom added, my husband burger was ok.👌🏼 (he liked it) Appreciate that they have free peanuts, Mayonaise & ketchup. But it's the least they can give since the burgers range from 12€ to 16€ without additional ingredients. Today was our first try eating in Five Guys, the cashier guy offered us additional ingredients and said it was included on our regular burger order, but to our surprise to discover after paying that it has additional cost. 😬😅 Regular fries is 7€ it was good for 2 persons, but I think even for 3 persons 👍 and it was fresshly cut potatoes. All in all, this will be my first and last try of Five Guys 🫡

The sandwich was good (very filling), the chips plentiful, the refill format is nice (drink as much as you want) but they are very disorganized (I suggest a display to call orders) and spending +€20 for a menu in a fast food restaurant is really excessive

Good quality, some free foods but prices a little exaggerated

It is pleasant that you can choose the toppings and ingredients for the hamburgers. Also, the employees were helpful

The food is of good quality, the staff is helpful and the service is fast, only it doesn't reach 5 stars because the cost is perhaps a little too high but sometimes it's worth the bread

Tuve que venir y dejar un comentario ya que Marica la gerente es INCREÍBLE, tan dulce y servicial - tengo un montón de alergias y ella me ayudó durante todo el proceso y fue tan servicial - terminé viniendo todo el tiempo ya que me sentía seguro. Merece un aumento.

Il fatto di essere in pieno centro aiuta ma il locale è di fatto sempre affollato e con persone che cercano di continuo un tavolo d’appoggio. I burger e i dog sono comunque molto buoni, un pelo più cari rispetto ad altre catene. Considero positivo il fatto che scegli tu cosa mettere dentro al panino oltre alla carne (o al vegetale principale nelle proposte veg). Servizio molto rapido e gentile
