Non-touristy place, excellent if you want to enjoy a delicious platter and excellent first courses. Very friendly lady in service, homely atmosphere and very competitive prices. Divine!

Italian restaurant further away from the crowds, mostly visited by the locals which is a good sign. We enjoyed a platter with a mix of local cured meats and cheeses and two pasta dishes, both were very tasty. Great place to visit for a delicious meal.

Friendly, accomodating and great food.
We popped in for an early dinner ~6:30pm. We were seated outside at our request on the quiet street.
The waiter may have seen us struggling with some of our Italian translations and ran through the menu for us happily.
We ordered a few different antipasto & mains (mostly in Italian, but wouldn’t have mattered if we didn’t) and it didn’t disappoint. It felt very family run, with warm cosy environment.
Would certainly recommend someone who likes a more quiet spot away from the hundreds of traveler’s.

Like home cooking. Already from the welcome you will feel like you are hosted in a family. And the same goes for the cuisine, traditional Tuscan dishes cooked with passion and honesty. No frills, but warm and welcoming environment. With the half flask for wine, and the flowered tablecloths. We enjoyed sopressata and pecorino crostone and tagliatelle with aubergine pesto, all really tasty and well presented. At the end a selection of typical Sienese desserts. Attentive and friendly service. Advised.

A lovely little setting for a restaurant on a small side street away from the main hustle of the town. Mainly a pasta based menu with a number of different crostini and meat/cheese plates. It opens at 6.30 and without a reservation we were seated outside without issue. As someone else has said we seemed to deserve their family meal, which was a little strange as it meant there wasn’t really any service for the first 20 mins.
We ordered some lard on toast, which was probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten and really saved the meal as the service was slightly underwhelming, as was the beef tartar that we both had as our mains.
The best authentic restaurant in Siena that I’ve found. Simple yet delicious food, lots of local people eat there, and only a few tourists, small menu which changes frequently, you can try dishes that are difficult to get elsewhere. Will return there once back to Siena.

Ho cenato nuovamente in questo posto dopo 3 anni questa volta con amici dopo una tappa della Via Francigena .
La qualità è sempre ottima, cucina tipica locale, servizio rapido e molto cortese, prezzi buoni.
E’ una certezza.
