I discovered this restaurant located on the ground floor inside the beautiful Galleria San Federico by pure chance.
I ordered a Piedmontese composition with tartare, tuna, Russian and anchovies and the agnolotti with roast sauce and rosemary.
All good and served at the right time by smart and friendly staff at affordable prices.
The environment is pleasant and quite crowded.

The location speaks for itself, the staff super friendly. We stopped to eat at the restaurant upstairs, which was really nice and beautiful. Silent and intimate location. The chef's dishes are truly unique and top quality ingredients. Very affordable prices for the type of restaurant. I always come back willingly

Fiorfood Bistrot, located in the heart of Turin in Galleria San Federico, offers a culinary experience that combines tradition and innovation. The staff is known for their courtesy and prompt service, making every visit enjoyable. The menu offers a vast selection of traditional dishes or alternatives revisited with a modern twist.
We chose the green gnocchi with Raschera fondue and walnuts, and the saffron risotto, both excellent.
Prices are affordable, especially considering the central location of the restaurant.

Spectacular to start the day with a small coffee. I recommend taking piccolo ginseng. Enjoy it!
I go to the bar and/or bistro almost every day during work breaks.

Most of the rooms, which are very lively and sparkling, are intended for bistros; a not very large, very quiet room is intended for the restaurant; perhaps the choice of a setting in dim light is done in a slightly excessive way; a few more lights would improve the atmosphere. As for the cuisine, the chef's touch can be perceived in the high quality of the dishes, as the restaurant is connected to the Credenza di Pinerolo, a starred restaurant. Friendly staff.
Also tried lunch at the bistro, and it was all excellent.

Locale sponsorizzato COOP in Galleria San Federico. Di sabato sera non avevano più agnolotti... male! Abbiamo preso uova cotte a bassa temperatura e un gelato Bicerin. Piatto ben preparati... peccato per gli agnolotti
