When we go downtown we ALWAYS stop for a snack. We take a table outside and one of us goes inside to get the receipt and get the products at the counter (they don't do table service). On the other hand, the prices are low and the quality is very high. They have excellent baked goods and also make the famous bicerin (not as good as the one in the famous place but still excellent)

Locale sponsorizzato COOP in Galleria San Federico. Di sabato sera non avevano più agnolotti... male! Abbiamo preso uova cotte a bassa temperatura e un gelato Bicerin. Piatto ben preparati... peccato per gli agnolotti

During a very crowded evening the staff were kind and attentive to our needs (family with child) without even having to ask. Good quality food and really great service. Unexpected indeed.

I went for lunch today, I was struck not only by the excellent quality of the food, but also by the kindness and professionalism of Miss Vanessa who is also very friendly and competent. Everything was very good. Compliments!

17/01/2025: I would give this place a well deserved 4.5 stars but as you can’t on here I’ll happily round it up. I reserved via email and Jill, and kindly got a very swift affirmative response. The servers were polite and pleasant. Not a hint of rudeness or impatience. (I am aware of the more negative reviews on this restaurant but it certainly wasn’t what I experienced). The food - starting with even the simple lovely fresh basket of focaccia bread was tasty and interesting. The food was well thought out and has distinct flavours that don’t jar. I had the duck and it was tender, not over salted. Quality food :)
