It is useless to repeat the enthusiastic opinions about the environment, it is truly an enchanting, intimate, elegant location but never in my life have I been treated so badly by the bartender, an irascible, rude person, intolerant of even the most polite requests from customers, an unprecedented and unapologetic fall in style!!! Bad behavior that certainly won't make me repeat the experience

A truly lovely place! I had breakfast at Fioraio Bianchi Caffè and the atmosphere was wonderful: relaxing, attention to detail and made even more special by the fresh flowers everywhere. I tasted a delicious cake, accompanied by a good coffee, and it was the perfect way to start the day. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. See you soon

The cafe is very cozy, a cappuccino costs 2 euros, there are tables and chairs outside. You can sit and watch people nicely.

Let me start by saying that the place is very beautiful and welcoming, the idea of the place with the flowers is beautiful. But the brioches were really loaves, not even brioche bread, filling almost non-existent. The dirty cup with the lipstick mark of the previous customer. The cappuccino was good but almost cold. The staff wasn't very smiling but I can't say they were less than friendly, as usual.

The place looks incredibly cosy and aesthetic, however, the staff was somewhat rude. Not questioning the quality of the place but a more welcoming atmosphere would have been a minimum.

I've been there several times in the last two weeks and I tried it both for breakfast and for an aperitif and yesterday for lunch.
Entering this place provides a very pleasant sense of temporal and aesthetic abstraction compared to what is outside, it will be the perfect mix of retro furnishings, floral arrangements, old plaster, old floors
Having said that, everything I tried was excellent, from the coffee, to the wine, to the desserts and lastly, a delicious pasta with sea urchins...
A note for the service
Having read many criticisms about this, I was actually a little prejudiced and having never even booked, I have always been received and served with kind, non-formal care.

It's very reminiscent of Parisian bistros, the idea of having lots of well-kept and colorful flowers in the windows is spectacular and original, the cake made of real flowers is beautiful. A refined and traditional menu, with good and tasty dishes, the desserts are also very good. Just a note on the service, (we went for dinner) in clearing the table very quickly and without waiting for everyone to have finished (usually the plates are removed when all the guests have finished), I said this clearing repeatedly and immediately at the end of the dish of each of us, it disturbed our chatter several times and the beauty of sitting and relaxing at the table. The dishes are very good, there may even be someone who wants to be a "slipper" or who hasn't quite finished eating what was on the plate... a less hasty and more attentive service to the customer will certainly make meals more pleasant . Quality raw materials, interesting menu. Fairly high prices.

Locale molto carino a due passi da Via Solferino, pochi coperti, prenotazione quasi obbligatoria. Menù essenziale per garantire la qualità del cibo. Da non perdere 1) il riso “Riserva San Massimo” mantecato al mascarpone con crema di zucca arrosto, timo e polvere di porcino; 2) gli involtini di pesce spada del Fioraio. Pochi fiori per essere considerato un fioraio, ma tutto é perdonato perché la cucina é davvero ottima.
