It has really a special vibe, a former flower shop, with special care for atmosphere, food, cocktails and connection with the customers. Definitely worth a visit!

The venue has a refined and attentive design, with great classics and background music.
The dishes taken (artichoke salad, roasted artichoke, pita with tsatsiki), Sardinian fregola with fish, and octopus with sauce. How sweet the Seadas. And, with a taste never experienced before, the cocktails aged in amphorae.
An incredible place, which I highly recommend. Everything chosen with care, attentive and welcoming staff, and an owner who has a vision worth rewarding.

Very elegant spot to come for a cocktail or date night. They offer a good selection of cocktails, some with in-house mixes that looked very interesting. Prices are slightly higher but the quality of drinks serve are good. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Would recommend to come here for a drink either before or after dinner..

For Valentine's Day my boyfriend and I went to dinner. The environment is wonderful with attention to the smallest details as well as the service. We tried two appetizers and a first and second course. All excellent even for the most particular palates.
The only thing is that paying €16 for a take away with just salami seemed decidedly excessive considering it was literally just salami.

For many months I have been frequenting the restaurant, the only one in Bologna, all the staff composed of Angela, Alessandro, Francesco, Gaia, Elisa, Martino, Stefano and Nicola the owner are fantastic, always kind and unique in everything.
I feel like I'm part of the family and the atmosphere of the place that they create is strongly positive.

Conosco Fior di Sale da un po’ di anni e sono molto selettiva quando devo mangiare fuori nella mia città che ahimè ha sempre più trappoloni per turisti dopati con dosi di mortadella di scarso valore e altra roba alquanto discutibile.
Fior di Sale, per mia fortuna, rimane un posto speciale dove allietare il palato e la vista! Nessuna trappola per turisti, solo un posto speciale nella mia città dove vado quando voglio trattarmi super bene sotto ogni punto di vista: culinario, estetico e umano!
Piatti unici, non della tradizione bolognese e per questo ancora più speciali. Una cantina eccellente che si adatta a ogni piatto proposto a seconda delle stagioni.
La Chef è bravissima e il padrone di casa, Nicola, è un Oste con la O maiuscola, che ti coccola e ti fa sentire a casa ma con una marcia in più.
Felice che nella mia Bologna ci sia un posto così!

Aquí nos presentaron a Salame Rosa... aparentemente la versión antigua de la omnipresente Mortadela de hoy... la nuestra fue sublimemente combinada con el pane guttiaa junto a una absolutamente súper Scamorzine.
Estaba un poco decepcionado con mis tortellini, especialmente porque tardé demasiado en llegar, y porque cuando finalmente llegó fue en un brodo triste, casi insípido, ... urgh.
Sin embargo, la Fregola de mi afortunado esposo en Zuppeta fue excepcional.
Pero en general nos divertimos y seguimos profundamente agradecidos por la oportunidad de probar Salame Rosa!
Una recomendación ligeramente matizada.
