A very pleasant lunch outside: attentive service, excellent dishes made with high-quality ingredients.
The only thing worth mentioning about the restaurant owner: two glasses of wine cost a whopping €16 (€8 each), a significant price, especially since it doesn't correlate with the quality of the wine—a fresh but rather basic wine that usually costs around €10 in wine shops.
Overall, a very positive experience.

The cuisine is good. Our main dish was 5 filled pasta for 15€, so we had the impression to pay for the design and location. The service was good.

First of all, slow good!!! Second - absolutely perfect food. Ask them to pair wine, and you will be absolutely happy!!! It's really worth trying if you admire delicious food.

The place is pleasantly decorated, although a little dark. The cocktails are good, as are the platters. The food was decent, but the wait was a bit long. The prices are a bit high, probably due to their convenient location in the city center.

Raising star! I can see this place working its way to Michelin..... They have limited number seats at 50% discount ftom the Fork. If you can get them.... Catch and do not let go. Mezze we tried, superb. Tuna tataki, great. Desserts and matching liquors... Suppi. Pruces, reasonable. Oh, if you need it, they soeak English. If you are MAGA stay away, thy are woke and you want the DLT food ... If you are from US and not MAGA, try it!

A fantastic experience!!! I don't want to use the overused term "sensoriake," but rather an experience in the taste and aftertaste of a cuisine that draws inspiration from particularly interesting places, from a culinary perspective, in the Mediterranean. We have Sardinia, Morocco, Lebanon, Greece. Flavors revisited and made delightful yet authentic!!! Authentic ingredients. Fresh fish. A top-notch wine list. And finally, the Cordiale! You won't find photos of dishes; I love to taste and don't tend to be a restaurant influencer. But FIORI DI SALE deserves a standing ovation! Balance, refinement, modernity, kindness, and courtesy.

Bel locale nel cuore della città, a due passi da Piazza Maggiore, con un’atmosfera rilassata e rilassante e un menù vario che associa prodotti della tradizione italiana (soprattutto sarda) con ricette internazionali. La mia valutazione dei piatti riguarda esclusivamente le tre pietanze scelte: scamorzine con pancetta gustose, baccalà mantecato buono ma dal gusto molto piatto, e fregola con i frutti di mare, ben eseguita ma con eccesso di pomodoro (per il mio gusto). Servizio attento, veloce e cortese. Prezzi un po’ più alti della media. Buono ma senza eccellenza.

Super cute flower shop in the center of Bologna. Both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu offers excellent, well-presented and tasty dishes (the mezze are like tapas). Truly excellent service with special attention to customer service. Excellent cocktails. Bookable with a "The Fork." Recommended!

Prezzi davvero sproporzionati rispetto alla location, che è normalissima e non ti mettono neanche una tovaglietta sotto al piatto, e soprattutto rispetto ai piatti e alle bevande. Troppo rincaro sul cliente in tutto, ti pelano. Non ci tornerò.
