Filter coffee lab In Pisa

I had a lovely visit to your café. The flavours were wonderful, the cappuccino and filter coffee were especially enjoyable, and the croissants were truly delightful. The staff were warm and welcoming, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. There was only one thing that made my stay less comfortable. During the hour I spent there, a group at a nearby table were speaking very loudly, with constant laughter and strong language. They did not appear to be having any food or drinks, yet the noise continued the entire time. It made it difficult to enjoy the calm moment I had hoped for. I would be happy to return because the service and food were excellent. I hope this small comment helps to keep the café as comfortable as it deserves to be.

A quiet place, perfect for an afternoon of studying or chatting. My cappuccino was delicious, and I also really appreciated the water (carafe and glass cups) available to everyone. It should be like this everywhere! Truly excellent. Highly recommended!

A very cute place, with a wide variety of coffee options (pumpkin spice latte, matcha latte, chai latte, etc.), plant-based milks, and various vegan options, including croissants, cakes, and bagels. It's also a great place to come and study in peace.

A cozy spot with a great vibe — the matcha was perfectly balanced, and the raspberry cake was a real standout. Great place to unwind with quality coffee and desserts. It’s like a small escape room from the tourists everywhere

The cafe is not too small or too big, and is not too far from Pisa. It's decorated cutely. The matcha is delicious. The coffee is delicious. The price is reasonable. There is a restroom available.

The atmosphere was friendly. The food was all good. Unlike other tourist restaurants, it was comfortable and pleasant.

Siamo stati in questa caffetteria per la colazione. Abbiamo ordinato 2 bevande fredde a base di caffè e ghiaccio, un breakfast bagel e un french toast, per un totale di 34€!!! Le bevande molto buone. Il bagel con uova e bacon, buono anche se ho un serio dubbio sulla provenienza del pane del bagel, credo fosse quello in busta.... Questo perché quando sono andato in bagno ho visto pile e pile di pan bauletto ai 5 cereali della mulino bianco, lo stesso usato per fare il french toast. Lo stesso french toast, chiesto senza frutta e fatto pagare comunque 12€! 12€ 2 fette di pane e un po' di sciroppo d'acero? Food coast 50centesimi!!! Un po esagerato! Detto questo un posto un po troppo sopravvalutato. Consiglio, se volete mantenere questi prezzi, almeno affidatevi ad una panetteria di zona!

Sympathique choix de petit déjeuner sain (ce qui est compliqué à trouver en Italie), cependant le pain des toasts aux œufs brouillés semblait dater de l’avant veille, café avec un drôle de goût et l’ambiance se veut bobo mais n’est pas agréable, musique extrêmement forte, ambiance cantine et un seul wc pas propre et mille fois trop haut pour tout l’établissement. Vraiment bof.
