Visited on Oct 9, 2025 — right after visiting Pisa. The cold brew was incredible, fruity and smooth. Carrot cake was just perfect too. Highly recommended! Back in Thailand now, but I still can’t forget that coffee. I’ll definitely come back again someday. ☕🇮🇹

A fantastic place. The food is delicious. We ate breakfast here throughout our stay in Pisa. I highly recommend it. Importantly, they also offer gluten-free options.

Filter Coffee Lab is one of those specialty coffee shops that immediately makes you feel like you're in expert hands: freshly ground beans, a curated selection of single-origin coffees, and a flat white you wouldn't expect to find in Italy—but here they do it perfectly. The atmosphere is relaxed, with an industrial-chic touch reminiscent of Berlin cafes. I sat down for breakfast and the time flew by: a bowl of Greek yogurt, scrambled eggs, all accompanied by a delicious pumpkin spice milk—everything was impeccable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell they love what they do. If you're in Pisa and want a coffee break that's out of the ordinary, this is the place to be.

26/10/2025: We went there today on the recommendation of a friend. It's a lovely place, small but well-located (even in summer, with tables outside), and tastefully decorated, with many paintings, clocks, an old telephone, and modern antiques (even the bathroom is beautiful). The service is excellent, and the dishes are delicious, varied, and plentiful. The price is fair, in line with the quality of the food. I'm happy to have celebrated my birthday there.
