The pizzeria in Monopoli offers a nice atmosphere and friendly service. The drinks, especially the Aperol Spritz, are well prepared and very fairly priced. The pizza was okay, but the dough was more reminiscent of a tarte flambée than the typical Neapolitan version. The taste was still satisfactory. The service was very attentive and friendly, making the overall visit a pleasant experience. Definitely recommended for drinks and a relaxed atmosphere!

Recommended by friends, we immediately felt at ease, from the staff, to the food, to the environment. Everything is extremely well looked after down to the smallest details. We will be back for sure!

Good food but for the price you pay and the size of the portions it's not worth it. We had to wait almost 40 minutes for the first course and the staff were very inattentive.

Filo d'Olio is a restaurant that conquers at first taste. The menu is full of delicious dishes, made with high quality ingredients and presented with care. The staff is courteous and attentive, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Every detail, from the cuisine to the service, is taken care of with passion. A place where I will definitely return, and which I recommend to anyone looking for a quality dinner.

Siamo stati qui a pranzo di venerdì usufruendo degli yums di thefork di sconto di 50€. Posticino esteticamente molto gradevole sia all’interno che all’esterno dove siamo stati. Abbiamo preso come antipasto delle burrate con sugo di pomodoro e della mortadella con caciocavallo arrosto, buonissimi. Dopo questi antipasti c’è stata una lunghissima attesa. Poi, come portata principale mi sono arrivati gli straccetti fritti al pesto di pistacchio deliziosi. Altissima qualità! Lo consiglio!
