09/12/2023: Wow, how wonderful, beautiful, beautiful, good, good. Enchanting place on the sea of Aspra, with a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea where we had dinner. Finally a gastronomic habitat and not a restaurant. Very nice environment, refined, but without exaggeration. Music at the right volume that allows you to talk. But let's get to the food. All very, very good and with an idea behind it. The idea of maintaining tradition and contaminating it in the East, in South America and "dirtying" it by changing the traditional ingredients is beautiful. We start with two glasses of wine, a rosé and a prosecco, excellent, it is clear from here that the level is going up. Starters, crunchy prawn rating 10, tempura prawn with salad, an explosion of taste and contrasts. Followed by a revisited panelle sandwich with tuna kebab, capers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, very good, score 8. As a first course, I'm eyeing tagliatelle with lobster, but an asterisk that refers to a frozen product stops me, not even 30 seconds and the staff who gave us welcomed delicately, he shows us the magnificent catch of the day, from which a fresh lobster emerges and then go for the tagliatelle, fettuccine or linguine, as long as there is lobster. The dish is abundant and is divided into two portions, rating 10, point. We can also go home, lobster always, all our lives. Instead we continue, frying prawns and calamari and calamari with lard and spring onion. The latter is a mix of contrasts, from the crunchiness of the lard to the sweetness of the spring onion which crash like sea waves onto the squid, rating 8. Perfect frying, rating 10, there isn't a residue of oil even if you look for it, color perfect, super flavor, top, the best I've ever eaten. Right quantities, you don't wake up hungry and you manage to complete all the courses. We conclude with a fresh fruit sorbet that manages to delicately cleanse the palate. Fair price for the level offered and the quality of the products presented with a gastronomic idea. For two 135 euros. A gastronomic experience to be repeated several times. Well done, applause.

The Pasta alla Mazzara was really good and I recommend trying the appetisers.
Best I have seen in the zone especially for those who want to try something new and fancy.
