I stayed at the hotel with friends and I can vouch for the professionalism of the staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms, with air conditioning that worked perfectly. The (Italian) breakfast is good and plentiful. The swimming pool is very clean, there are games outside and the restaurant's cuisine is top!! Special thanks go to Nicola who didn't let us miss anything during our stay! We will definitely see each other again!!!

Location generosa, ampi spazi interni e un giardino curato con ampi spazi verdi. Pranzo per 18 persone in una veranda vista giardino solo per noi. Il cibo fresco a partire dagli antipasti (la ricotta strepitosa!!!). Servizio al tavolo ottimo, non manca mai nulla dall'acqua (che non devi mai richiederla) al caffè appena ordinato ed arrivato in un lampo. La gentilezza di Franco, il proprietario, d'altri tempi. Nested in the small and quiet village of Gioia dei Marsi, the Filipone Hotel & Restaurant is a hidden gem. The hotel is clean and fresh, the staff / management is very polite, kind and accommodating. The room smelled clean all the time and the food served at the restaurant was delightful. Clearly this family knows how to run a business. I plan on going back on vacation this time as soon as possible.

We have just returned from a weekend, very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. We ended up in the middle of two receptions including an 18th, so there was some loud music, but they apologized for the inconvenience and had a thought for us. The only flaw was the breakfast, but otherwise highly recommended. We will definitely return.
