Well-kept and refined room, with fireplace in one of the rooms. Professional and kind staff. Large and varied menu, with a selection of oriental meats. The quality of the fillet and tartare surpassed all expectations. Well-curated wine list (without too much exaggeration but satisfies the most varied palates) it was more than pleasant to find a Spanish wine drunk years ago in Andalusia, Protos Roble 2021. We can't wait to return to try the dry-aged meats.

On Sunday at lunch they treated us really well... Obviously it is a place that only deals with quality... The staff is very kind...

A good experience provided by the staff, particularly by the waitress who was extremely competent. Among us, two chose the tagliata and the other the kangaroo. Every meal was cooked to perfection, and the complementary arancini amuse bouche was quite tasty. Eager for our upcoming visit.

A place of unique hospitality, cleanliness and quality... excellent quality food, the same refined in every detail even in the service and presentation. Another super positive note, the absolute cleanliness, during the entire stay there was not a fly or a mosquito present. Simply exceptional. Excellent reality that goes beyond the usual cutlet offered by everyone.

A great steakhouse!!! there is a lot of meat to choose from - different meats!!! - crocodile, kangaroo, zebra and veal of course)))steaks are piney and delicious... meat lovers go there!!)

Comfortable environment especially in winter where you can enjoy delicious dishes with a beautiful fireplace lit! Perfect service and hospitality with welcome advice on exotic meats, how to pair them with appropriate wine and satisfy your palate! I love the tartare trio! The pappardelle with bison ragù was excellent, three of us could eat a dish then we tasted zebra and kangaroo! Must try! Better than the fillets I tried in the north

Super friendly service, it also worked wonderfully in English. I wanted to drink a wine, but I'm not experienced at it. The friendly waitress offered me 3 wines to try and I then decided on one. The food was really well made and beautifully presented, but what is not possible in this price range is that the food is served on cold plates. Otherwise 5 stars.

Settimana scorsa, insieme alla mia famiglia, ho scelto Filetteria Marconi per una cena speciale. Personale gentile e disponibile ad esporre le eventuali novità presenti in menù (come i nuovi burger) o per descrivere i "fuori menù" o il "primo del giorno". Per la nostra cena, abbiamo scelto di provare la degustazione di salami (struzzo, cavallo, pecora, wagyu e salame al tartufo); per poi proseguire con l'antipasto misto di salumi e formaggi locali, dove fa da padrone la ricerca e la scelta dei prodotti (tutti buonissimi). Entrambi gli antipasti sono stati accompagnati dal cestino di pani contenente le quattro tipologie prodotte dallo chef. Come portata principale abbiamo scelto una costata di Swami Beef (origine Danimarca), accompagnata da un tris di salse da accompagnamento e da verdure con patate. Con noi era presente anche una persona vegetariana, rimasta molto contenta per la bontà dei formaggi presenti nell'antipasto e per il primo scelto (agnolotti ripieni con ricotta di bufala). Per finire la cena, abbiamo provato la panna cotta affumicata con coulis di pesche: un'esplosione di sapori! Consigliatissima! Vini consigliati: - Fleur Du Cap - Cabernet Sauvignon (etichetta Sudafricana) per accompagnare antipasti e portata principale. - Cantine Fina - El Aziz per accompagnare il dolce o per finire la cena in dolcezza. Che dire, a distanza di anni Filetteria Marconi si conferma uno dei migliori ristoranti mai frequentati.
