We booked a lunch for 4 people and even though we arrived late, almost at closing time, the owners waited for us and welcomed us with kindness and concern. The girl who served us at the table was very kind and took care to please every our request. The excellent food: rich and delicious homemade starter, mouth-watering troccoli with clams, delicious gnocchi, tender and tasty steaks. Ours was a passing lunch because we live in Rome but we will take with us the memory of this restaurant, its excellent cuisine and all the people who work there. Highly recommended

The welcome received was excellent, the flavor of the food served was particular. The chef is really good and attentive to customers. Very efficient staff. I really recommend it.

In the heart of the historic center of San Giovanni Rotondo we found this restaurant via Google search. More than a restaurant, it is a cave painted brown and with obsolete furnishings, to say the least. Paintings with identical dollars are on display. I didn't understand what they meant but I saw several, including dusty soft toys on a fireplace, old colored cups and statues, photos and sculptures of Padre Pio placed randomly throughout the place. Truly a feast of things thrown there without aesthetic taste, not suitable for the restaurant business. Regarding the taste of the food, we didn't have a bad meal, even considering how much we paid, but no dish left its mark on us. The thing that left us speechless the most was seeing during the lunch service at 1pm the owner or whoever was at the till with the waitress sitting with their backs to the room at a table having lunch leaving 2 tables for 6 people uncovered, so much so that it was necessary to bother the waitress for water... I've never seen anything like that. Personally, I wouldn't go back.

Ottima cucina e ottimo servizio, ci hanno fatto stare bene e sono simpaticissimi! Orecchiette alle cime di rapa top, gnocchi con melanzane fritte e granella di pistacchio anche. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Bravi!

The place is not easy to find, in one of the many streets in San Giovanni Rotondo, but when you enter the place is large and welcoming, the staff are friendly and the dishes are excellent and plentiful, and the desserts are good. Average prices.

From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff and immediately felt at home. The ambience is simply enchanting – a perfect mix of traditional charm and cozy elegance. The rustic interior with wooden furniture and warm light creates an inviting atmosphere that invites you to linger. However, the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. The menu offers a wonderful selection of Apulian specialties, all made with fresh, local ingredients. We tried different dishes and each one was a culinary delight. Particularly noteworthy are orecchiette and paccheri. Overall, it was an unforgettable evening in a restaurant that perfectly captures the essence of Puglia cuisine and hospitality. I would recommend this rustic gem to anyone looking for authentic food and a warm atmosphere.

Posto carinissimo, siamo stati con famiglia e amici eravamo 23 persone adulti e ragazzi Camerieri e titolari gentilissimi, ragazzi stupendi affabili e gentili. Ci siamo trovati benissimo . Abbiamo mangiato bene e siamo stati accolti con molta professionalità. Vi ringraziamo anche per gli amari e caffè gentilente offerti.
