Great restaurant, excellent service, excellent cuisine

Martedì sera, in giro poca gente, nel ristorante solo noi, io e mio fratello, e l'oste che non può mancare ovviamente...ci accoglie con calore, lo stesso che il locale emana, bene così, anzi meglio così...ci propone una cena a base di pesce e noi accettiamo, troccoli allo scoglio e fritto di calamari, tutto freschissimo, buonissimo e perfetto, non scontato. Ci lascia con un paio di aneddoti, la ciliegina sulla torta, una serata da ricordare, grazie davvero!

We are from Australia and we had to organise a Baptism that was to take place in San Giovanni Rotondo. We booked the event party from Australia with Fil and Max Ristorante for 45 people, we asked for a special menu for the event, including the celebration cake and entertainment. Fil and Max went over and above for our day, nothing was a ever a problem for them. They made our day the most amazing event surpassing all of our expectations; the food was incredible, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was just fantastic. EVERYONE had the most amazing time and said that it was the best party they had been to. The entertainment was just so fabulous; we all sang and danced the whole time. The whole event was just brilliant. Words cannot express our gratitude to Fil, Max and all of the team at Fil and Max Ristorante. We cannot say enough about their wonderful Ristorante. We highly recommend this beautiful Ristorante - Please book here if you are ever in the area, you will absolutely love the experience.

Courtesy excellent food to be repeated

The best cuberoll I've eaten in recent months. perfect cooking, cooked with red wine and almonds, it enhanced the flavor of the meat, particular and very good The staff is very polite, available for every request and (not to be taken for granted) very nice, you feel at home. Definitely coming back :)

Dinner with friends. Vast choice of menu, dishes rich in flavour, fragrant, tell the story of those lands. Tip: try the old-fashioned gnocco and the cube roll, delicious! Try it to believe it. A hug to Fil

We had the pleasure of having lunch in this magical restaurant and the experience was unique. Surprised by the vast selection, we asked advice to the two strong points of the place; Chef Fil and the very nice Max.. and never was a more right decision!! From the rustic house appetizer, to the "Gnocchi all'Antica", finishing with the Cuberoll... it was all truly exceptional! What else can I say other than recommending this pearl!!!!
