I bought a Black Angus picanha from Fierro Food a few weeks ago. I discovered a very high quality butcher's shop, where very kind, competent and passionate people work, who can guide you in choosing the right cut and giving advice on preparation. The meat was very good and I will definitely return in the future! Also widely recommended for the incredible choice not only for meat, but for culinary excellence in general!

Negozio scoperto da poco, di altissima qualità. La carne e’ davvero di prima scelta e con molta varietà anche per provenienza (irlandese, giapponese, argentina…), bellissimi tagli, una gastronomia di tutto rispetto. Abbiamo provato le lasagne (molto gustose) e delle polpettine-hamburger alla piastra davvero notevoli, riscaldate nel microonde con un po’ d’olio e coperte per mantenerle morbide: non troppo salate o speziate, così si sente tutto il sapore dell’ottima carne. Proprietari cortesi e prezzi giusti. Consigliato!
