If you are a meat lover, this shop is a paradise. Excellent and beautiful meat (the appearance is also important to understand if the meat is good). The most important thing, however, are the people who work there. They know how to recommend the most suitable type of meat, they give precious advice on how to cook it, in case of doubt. A detail that I love, the meat when cooked, does not become a sole that floats in the water of hormones that comes out of the cows of poorly managed intensive farms, but maintains the consistency that cooked meat should have. The gastronomic products present and cooked by them are also excellent. I recommend everything, but if you have the chance, ask for the Wagyu meatloaf (Japanese beef with marbled meat that makes your mouth water just by looking at it). The meatloaf seems like a waste, but it is heavenly. Obviously there are cuts from different parts of the world, in addition to Italy. Excellent choice.
