Characteristic location, very refined food, even if the portions, unfortunately, are a bit small, a shame because the dishes are delicious

My favorite place, a true jewel of beauty and quality on the hills of Bologna. Every time I come back here it is always a treat and a guarantee. The dishes are always original, seasonal and with quality raw materials, presented and explained in detail, as well as their wines and bitters, truly top! Also the kind, welcoming and prepared staff, in particular thanks always to Giacomo for his professionalism and friendliness!

Fienile Fluó is a jewel in the hills of Bologna, where I always return with pleasure. The location is unique, perfect for relaxing even in winter thanks to the view and tranquility. The staff is kind and prepared, from the first welcome to the service in the room. The food is excellent, with an excellent quality-price ratio. Highly recommended for those looking for a quality break immersed in nature.

Really very good cuisine, wonderful room and really good staff, we will definitely return when we are in the area. We were a bit hesitant at first but the cuisine won us over, we were there around mid-October

In my opinion, crazy prices, a spoonful of squaquerone €5... inattentive service, everything has to be asked twice and there is a 1 hour wait between each course. Shared appetizer, 1 first course each, water and wine... €55 per person... Only the location is saved

Visited last month for a lunch. A beautiful view and good dishes but I have to say, I didn't understand the reason for the senseless prices. We are talking about an average of €15 for starters up to €20/€25 for first and second courses and desserts at €7. I like good food and I happen to go to much more expensive restaurants, the problem is not the price but justifying it. Seeing the small traditional portions offered and the service in the room, I didn't find these high prices justified, where is the added value? There are many beautiful places with beautiful views and excellent food that I would certainly recommend, but not this one. If they readjust the prices I would give them another chance.

We went to Fienile Fluo for an aperitif with my girlfriend. Good welcome and very professional dining room staff. Nothing to say about the location, although it is a little difficult to reach by car due to the narrow streets (the ideal would be to go there by scooter or motorbike), it offers a beautiful panoramic view that you can admire while drinking your cocktail. The spritz is excellent, the Lambrusco is normal. The sore point unfortunately is the prices. Slightly higher than average for drinking, but understandable, they seem exaggerated for eating; The quantity of cold cuts on the platter does not justify the cost of €22, taking into account that on top of that we had to pay €5 for a small bowl of cheese and €3 per person for a place setting. It would have been nice to go back, but the high prices put us off a bit.
