Elegant place on Bisceglie with refined food, and perhaps excessively expensive for the local market. €3.00 cover charge per person with water, bread and oil already included, shame I never received bread or oil. The other tables in the restaurant received them instead. Could it be out of sympathy? I remember a while ago it was more accessible.
