Fiaschetteria Nuvoli In Firenze

Historic place, unchanged since I remember it, informal, characteristic, very intimate. Excellent appetizers, good wine, ideal for an aperitif or a quick dinner, but also for eating a first and second course of typical Tuscan cuisine. I opted for the mixed crostini and a glass of Ribolla. Fast service and low prices, considering that we are practically in Piazza Duomo.

If you're fresh off seeing the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore and are looking for a nice local spot for a meal, this one is a really good pick. Filled to the rafters with locals on a weekday night, we were led to a cozy seating room with a giant wine rack with a multitude of Italian wines to choose from. I ordered the Pappardelle al Cinghiale, a signature Tuscan dish of flat pasta in a wild boar ragu marinated in red wine. This one had wild boar and beef, was seasoned beautifully and packed a hearty punch of flavour. My girlfriend chose the Zucchini omelette with roast potatoes which were nice too, but get the pasta if you can. For dessert, we tried the Crostata di More which was quite excellent – a crumbly pie crust went well with thick, luscious filling made with fresh blackberries. If you like a good home-baked fruit pie, you'll enjoy this one. The staff are jovial and pay nice attention to service. The prices are quite decent considering the central location, so definitely a nice all-round package.

Small and characteristic flask shop a few steps from the cathedral of Florence. Possibility of eating at the counter or in the rooms below at shared tables. Despite the large flow of people, the service was fast and friendly. The crostini are good, the pappardelle with wild boar, the ribollita as well as the blackberry tart are normal. The porchetta, on the other hand, was very good and the house red wine was good and suitable for what I ate. Given the location, the value for money is definitely good

Characteristic tavern excellent for having lunch and drinking a glass of wine. The sandwiches are also special at a fair price.

Among the best places I ate in Florence. Panini upstairs and osteria downstairs. Rustic, authentic atmosphere, just as it should be. The menu is exactly what you are looking for. Pappardelle with wild boar sauce among the best I have ever eaten. Greasy, just the right amount of tasty. Top appetizers with lots of choice. I opted for meatballs with sauce. Very good house wine (like everywhere in Florence). Desserts not bad either. Friendly and fast service. Absolutely average prices. Just right for the quantities put on the plate. For a normal person it is about 20/25. Absolutely recommended!

A parte la confusione apparente all'ingresso siamo stati molto bene con buon cibo buon vino ed un rapporto qualità prezzo veramente buono cosa assolutamente incredibile nel pieno centro di Firenze

Une petite osteria a l'ancienne, situé derrière il duomo. au premier abord cela ne paye pas de mine mais cette Fiachetteria ( nom des des petite auberge Toscane ) qui et gérer de générations par la famille Nuvoli, propose une expérience chaleureuse pittoresque et conviviale avec l'esprit du peuple de la renaissance, des plats typiquement Toscano qui on traverser les temps ( les plats du peuple ) un charme particulier et super bon avec un service topissime.
