We went to Fiamma Cremisi to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was truly excellent. It was a surprise for me, and I wasn't familiar with the place, but from the moment we arrived, we knew we were in a top-notch restaurant. The atmosphere was refined, welcoming, and the service impeccable from start to finish. As soon as we were seated, we were offered some house selections, which we thoroughly enjoyed. For appetizers, we chose shrimp wrapped in kataifi pastry, crispy and perfectly executed, and a chicken salad with Russian salad, delicate and flavorful. Some of the vegetables were a little too salty for my taste, but the staff promptly apologized with great professionalism. For first courses, we enjoyed paccheri with shrimp tartare and homemade beetroot gnocchi with goat's blue cheese and toasted hazelnuts: both were truly excellent. The high quality of the ingredients is clearly evident. For dessert, we chose a gluten-free and lactose-free tiramisu, very delicate and well-balanced. With coffee, we were served meringues, marshmallows, and their extraordinary homemade strawberry macarons with pistachio cream. In my opinion, they were the best I've ever eaten, even better than some I've had in France. Generous portions, excellent quality, and prices absolutely in line with the experience. A restaurant that won us over in every way and we recommend it without hesitation. We'll definitely be back.
