The Dema has linear furnishings on different levels with gray tones, apparently not of warmth, as soon as you come into contact with the girl, who is very kind and welcomes customers with a smile and grace, without haste, but efficiency, you already relax and everything falls into the course of the meal. To begin with, a small and irreproducible excellent entrée that the Chef is keen to keep as such, so you are left with the desire to return from the first bite. From the autumn fettuccine to the porcini mushrooms, to the braised beef cheek, not to mention their focaccia, everything always very well executed, tasty and artfully presented. Located in the Roman house area, absolutely recommended!!

Pleasant evening!
We live in the area but didn't know about him. My partner and I decided to take advantage of a special evening to go and meet them.
We like to eat and drink very well by discovering new and of a certain type of places, we were not disappointed at Dema.
We were welcomed with warmth and enthusiasm despite it being a busy midweek evening, we opted for the tasting menu of the chef's choice but we requested one of the dishes we had spotted on the menu and they accommodated us without any problems.
The dishes are carefully prepared and the products are of high quality, the flavors delicate and well combined but the thing that struck us most was their focaccia, perhaps the best eaten in Rome.
Well done guys, keep it up!

Un locale piccolino, intimo, con cucina a vista e personale giovane, entusiasta, gentile e accogliente. Serata di amici con menù dedicato . Tortino di broccoli patate e pecorino che si scioglieva in bocca, lasagna di ragù di scottona e provola ottima, pancia di maialino iberico con cotenna croccante dal sapore delicato ma non certo leggera e per chiudere un tiramisù fatto in casa con una crema di zabaione da sturbo. I prezzi da menù sono consoni con la cura e la bontà dei piatti. E, cosa non da poco, le porzioni soddisfano anche i più affamati.
Da tornarci per provare le degustazioni di terra o di mare.

Truly top quality cuisine. You can feel the extreme care with which they choose and treat the raw materials. Wisdom in the composition of the dishes and care in the service: always present but never invasive. The menu is excellent with the right quantity of dishes for all tastes: both meat and fish. The icing on the cake is a beautiful glass window that literally takes you into the kitchen. Correct prices for the level of catering. Considering that I found it by chance while having to organize a family lunch near where I live, it was a pleasant surprise. I will return when the menu changes (every three months) Highly recommended.

Excellent cuisine of both meat and fish, perhaps with an excess of seasoning. It's not cheap but commensurate with the quality. Clean place with a view of the kitchen and not many tables, too bad the smell remained on the clothes, which I hate. I ordered à la carte but the 6-course set menu looks interesting. The service excellent. Perhaps the best restaurant in the area (excluding La Pergola obviously)
