Three different appetizers featuring typical local dishes: tomato meatballs and fried fish. Very good, although some of the fish was bitter, but digestible. He offered us a complimentary liqueur and a sorbet each.

The food was quite good, and I can't say otherwise, and the waiters were friendly. My only complaint is the confusing bill. Get a receipt, and if you want to pay by card and they tell you the POS doesn't work, know that's not true... They don't accept separate bills.

We were recommended this place as a good fish restaurant, but the cod was undercooked and weirdly chewy. The service took really long time after the main course and when we finally could speak to one of them to order dessert, all of it seemed to be out except the cannoli.
There were a lot of people waiting to get in to get a table, but there was also a lot of people at the tables waiting. It seemed to be a bit chaotic. The table next to us waited for almost 45 minutes to get their food.

This is the definition of how to eat in Sicily. Simple, short menu - but delicious and fresh. The service is as fast as it gets and at the same time, staff sings Italian songs while they serve you. My second time here but will definetely come back each visit in Palermo!

An honest trattoria where you pay a fair price for more than decent food.
I'll be back and recommend it.
Friendly waiters, quirky and pleasant atmosphere.

Spectacular! We went there for two nights during our stay in Palermo. The atmosphere is very typical, busy everywhere, but very friendly. The food is incredible, and the prices are good! If there's a long wait, they'll even give you free wine and snacks!

It's a historic trattoria in the city, behind the Biondo Theater. The food is good, and the guys who run it offer wine and fried fish to those waiting to get in. It's a bit chaotic, but because it's very popular with tourists...you eat well and spend little!
