We found this restaurant by pure chance, very welcoming and very tidy environment!! We recommend seafood risotto, which turned out to be a spectacle on the palate, and wild boar stew... What can I tell you!? Go as soon as you are nearby and compliments to the Chef🥂

My taste buds start to celebrate at the mere thought of going to eat at FermentoVivo...often luckily!!!
Once seated, the dilemma promptly arises: a tasty first course or a delicious pizza? Tagliolini with blue crab or real pizza? If you opt for the first, you cannot miss an excellent second course, and then always conclude with a chocolate and rum cigar!
Well, what can I say, all I can do is wish you a good appetite!

It's not the first time we've dined at this restaurant, but it's a good time to leave a more than positive review.
We started with a creative and tasty central appetizer: a sextet of panko-fried prawns with beetroot, squid ink and classics.
This paved the way for two first courses that were nothing short of spectacular: ravioli stuffed with burrata, squid, chopped pistachios, baked cherry tomatoes and rocket and a tagliolini with lobster (taken directly from the aquarium inside and shown to customer).
Followed by a spectacular dessert: a chocolate cigar accompanied by rum.
An equally positive note goes to all the dining room staff, friendly, attentive and professional in every area, from reception to finalizing orders.
If you want to have dinner or lunch in a restaurant that makes the freshness of the raw materials and local tradition its strong point, you can't miss it. Strongly recommended.

We celebrated my dad's 60th birthday. We had a great time, wonderful location with attention to every detail, friendly, helpful and polite staff. Crazy food, all delicious, wide choice and above all the first course different from the usual. Super positive experience I recommend it.
