VERY GOOD pizza. I discovered this pearl thanks to a friend of mine who celebrated her birthday here, in turn I brought other people because it deserves so much. Intimate place, quiet environment, delicious pizza.

Locale accogliente, personale disponibile e cortese. Ottimi gli antipasti caldi. Le pizze di vari impasti risultano leggere e digeribili, e condite con prodotti di qualità. Buone le birre proposte. Suggerirei una offerta maggiore dei dessert. Conto nella media.

E’ un locale caldo e accogliente. Gentilissimo il personale. Ottime le pizze anche per gli ingredienti di qualità. Per gli antipasti io amo moltissimo le panelle che ricordano quelle fatte in casa. Ottima la birra alla spina. Insomma un locale dove ritorniamo sempre molto volentieri…anche se lo scontrino diventa sempre più pesante…trovo per esempio, che il coperto sia un po’ eccessivo a persona. Tuttavia ritorneremo senz’altro.

Digestible dough and high quality condiments. Fermento has become my favorite pizzeria. There are many proposals: from classic to seasonal which change throughout the year thanks to the owner's extraordinary passion for this work. The environment is serene and well-kept. Don't miss the appetizers. The Fermento starter is the sum of flavours. Marvelous. Then if you love panelle and chips, Fermento offers you an artisanal cut waiting to be discovered.

Pizzas with the right consistency, neither too thin nor too thick, with high quality ingredients. Great attention to raw materials and the seasonality of ingredients. The choice of pizzas varies, in fact, according to the seasons alongside a selection of traditional pizzas, always present. Seating both inside and, in summer, outside. Giovanni pays great attention to the formulation of the doughs, all highly digestible, and always thinks of new and appetizing proposals. The starters are also excellent: fresh potatoes cut thinly and panelle cut into matchsticks. The kindness of the staff completes the beautiful experience.
