Places like this are why people come to Rome Small venue, unpretentious décor, even basic. Huge portions of awesome food handed down by friendly staff. Have the salmon penne. Prawns cooked in cognac also excellent. Median prices for Rome, with €12 and €25+ options available. Didn't try pudding, too satisfied already!

Could not fault this restaurant one bit. Food was amazing! So much so on our week long visit to Rome we ate here 4 nights. Prices very reasonable, especially for the quality of food. Staff were so friendly and were always happy to see us. Hands down Romes best kept secret!

Friendly service, taste of their products is great. We love the pasta. They have music inside the restaurant. It’s cool. The location is just 200m from Basilica Lateran.

I hope we just came on a bad day, but based on reviews we came here. The staff were great, attentive and quick for the most part, but the food was piled with truffle to the point of being inedible. The four-cheese gnocci was insipid with truffle, even ignoring the bits around the plate - so much so I couldn't finish, and the chicken was slimy and sweet. We skipped dessert for a coffee and limoncello but had to order those twice, as they didn't come for ages.

Delicious food, large portions at normal prices. I am pleasantly surprised. Service is smiling and very nice. I recommend!!! I do not publish photos because it is already eaten.

11/05/2025: Bel locale nei pressi della Bufallotta. Specializzati negli arrosticini che sono tra i migliori mai mangiati a Roma ma non solo. Ottimo anche antipasto di salumi tutti di qualità. Servizio rapido e cortese, prezzi onesti . Consigliato
13/04/2025: Optimal! Perfect Abruzzo restaurant on the Bufalotta, easily reachable via the ring road. We only went for the kebabs and I must say that they did not disappoint: we took the hand-cut ones and they were fantastic, they melted in your mouth, a delight! There were never enough 🙃 we also had the bruschetta with truffle and scamorza, very fragrant, and potatoes with shallots and bacon seasoned with excellent oil. Honest account. Absolutely coming back!!

15/05/2025: I went several times and in different situations with friends, relatives, alone, for lunch, dinner, .. always found attention, kindness, accurate and friendly service, excellent products and excellently cooked and presented, excellent quality-price ratio. Consequently, I definitely recommend a visit.
11/05/2025: Ambiente accogliente, personale professionale e cibo ottimo. Abbiamo festeggiato in famiglia e tutto è andato benissimo. Sicuramente torneremo
