I SHOULD FIRST NOTE THAT I AM A PASTRY CHEF, SO I EVALUATE RESTAURANTS WITH SEVERE JUDGMENT BUT WITH EXPERIENCE. THE OWNER'S SON AND HIS ASSISTANT WELCOMED YOU WITH A SMILE AT THE ENTRANCE, WHICH IS NOT FREQUENT. I THEN LOOKED AT THE KITCHEN WHILE WASHING MY HANDS AND I NOTICED ORDER AND CLEANLINESS, ALSO A RARE THING. THE FOOD THEY BROUGHT WAS WELL COOKED, TASTY AND QUALITY. THE COURSES WERE ABUNDANT AND PRESENTED WITH ELEGANCE. WE PAID LITTLE AND WE WERE FAVORITE BY NICE PEOPLE, THIS I THINK IS THE BEST. IN THE END THEY EVEN WANTED TO OFFER US THE BITTER WHICH WE REFUSED, BUT. IN THREE DAYS OF FOOD IN ROME FOR THE JUBILEE, THEY WERE THE BEST EVER. THOSE READING THIS MUST TRY…WE WILL RETURN, FOR SURE!!!!!!!

TRULY EXCELLENT CULINARY EXPERIENCE WE ORDERED ROMAN ARTICHOKES, CHEESE AND PEPPER, TAGLIATELLE WITH ARTICHOKES AND SALTS IN MOUTH. EVERYTHING EXCELLENT!!! THANKS TO THE KIND WELCOME OF DAVID AND JIUGHEN WHO RECOMMENDED US WITH GREAT PROFESSIONALISM! We will definitely be back!!! COMPLIMENTS

Judging by other opinions about this place, I guess we were unlucky ;-). Both calzone and gnocchi were weak in taste and heavy.

Absolutely superb Italian... Wifey had the chicken main which was half a roast chicken and lovely veggies and gravy even though the description isn't that hahaha... I had the pizza with extra toppings which was started with a nice vrushetta with chicken and cheese... Food was epic and service with a smile and lovely atmosphere. Really recommended if in the area. Whole meal with drinks was €45 euros

25/03/2025: Listen..... What an extreme delicatessen There's everything here.....even things you never thought existed, so there they are.... Also amazing coffee. There's a bar/shop next door that's just as good. About 10 types of beer on tap.....fine coffee with a slice of cake, cheeses and cold cuts. Really delicious, rare service......A must visit

29/03/2025: Informal environment, ideal for those who want to feel at home. Massimo, the owner, extremely kind, an added value to the place. We tasted various pizzas, all delicious, thin, light and crunchy with quality ingredients. Even the cuisine is no different, exquisite typical Roman dishes and generous portions. Excellent quality/price. What can I say, a highly recommended place where culinary goodness combines with the true essence of hospitality. Well done Massimo and collaborators!
