I chose it based on the menu indicated on their website, but it was not available; house wine only by the glass; the cut fought with the knife.

È perfetto per una degustazione di cucina umbra. Materie prime a km0, fornitori selezionati e fidati, personale gentile e professionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima posizione in pieno centro storico.

The owner (I think) with immensely pleasant humor, very kind and easy going without pretense. The food is spectacular, I'm still waiting to know how to make that potato soufflé with fondue and truffle, MOVING however delicious! Very recommended!

I have been frequenting this restaurant for years when I come to Gubbio to work at the Medieval Festival. I have always been happy with both the dishes offered and the kindness of the staff. This evening I propose potato gnocchi with white Chianina ragù and chicken fricco' (typical dish from Gubbio). Excellent value for money.

Ispirati da questo storico e rinomato ristorante della suggestiva Gubbio , ci rechiamo presso questo ristorante con ampio spazio verde estivo esterno . Decidiamo di consumare una fonduta al tartufo,e debbo dire che l’ho trovato assolutamente squisito . Come primo prendo i passatelli al tartufo,veramente di ottima fattura e dal sapore equilibrato e gustoso. Assaggio anche la scaloppa all’egubina, altrettanto ottima. Servizio garbato e non invadente. Prezzo adeguato. Da ritornarci assolutamente

We had dinner on a Saturday evening with some friends at this place, The food is excellent, the cut excellent, the service fast and professional The fabulous location, in the outdoor garden, with the Palazzo dei Consoli above us is truly very suggestive

30/12/2024: Cozy place, excellent lunch, excellent quality/price ratio. We will be back.
29/12/2024: Excellent restaurant almost at the level of a noble Trattoria! Don't be surprised by the comparison, I prefer and look for the noble Trattorias of the past and making this compliment to a restaurant for which I use a capital letter is, for the latter and for both things, a source of pride! Owner/Manager, I assure you!

10/01/2025: If I could give more than 5 stars I would but unfortunately this is the maximum. Very nice and well-kept place, staff super attentive to the customer, nice and friendly, same owner. We had a great time and the food was really good. I recommend spaghetti with clams baked in foil and guanciola with wine. Both delicious. We will definitely be back.
09/01/2025: Beautiful restaurant. Awesome food. A bit pricey for me and my partner but worth it to splurge for the quality of food. One of the best meals of our month long trip.
