We were there on the recommendation of a local employee of a souvenir shop. This was the best experience in Puglia that we had. Very tasty food - quality towards fine dining. The service was very nice, attentive. The atmosphere is very cozy, filled with many bottles of wine, there is something for every wine lover! It is definitely the best choice for anyone who wants local, elegant food and ambience.

Lovely place, located in a beautiful place, refined, food for an exceptional party, and different, exceptional staff. The place is taken care of down to the smallest details, quality and variety of top wines. Super recommended, if you pass through Alberobello.

Piatti squisiti e bellissimi, dal primo al dessert tutto delizioso. Il locale è curato e pulitissimo. Ci sono pochi posti (come tutti i ristoranti del paese), quindi consiglio di prenotare. La persona che ci ha servito, non so se fosse il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo e attento ad ogni dettaglio.

Acogedor restaurante (necesario en una noche fría y húmeda! ) con algunas opciones de menú encantador. Compartimos la burrata como entrante (estaba delicioso) y la tenía orecchiette y mezze maniche, ambos eran encantadores. También probamos una copa del vino local que era bueno, tienen una bodega muy decente. El servicio aquí es amable y discreto.

06/04/2025: Collocato proprio al centro della piazza principale, è facilmente raggiungibile! Locale accogliente, diviso in due spazi indipendenti fra trattoria e pizzeria ! Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti: Mordi la Puglia, che consiglio E antipasto cucchiara x2p ( a mio parare un po’ misero, 4 portate per 28€) Nota di merito per il primo: rana pescatrice con funghi cardoncelli, davvero buonissimo! Personale educato e disponibile, con cucina a vista ! Ci ritornerò e lo consiglio

15/09/2024: Paninoteca legata a un salumificio storico tra i vicoli del centro storico di Gravina. L'ambiente è accogliente e il servizio è rapido e cortese. Il punto di forza sono senza dubbio gli ingredienti: i salumi e il pane sono ottimi, e, oltre agli altri ingredienti freschi, vengono anche utilizzati sottoli/sottaceti della nota azienda pugliese Annese (una garanzia). I prezzi sono decisamente competitivi, soprattutto se rapportati alla qualità dei prodotti. Un'ottima combinazione di qualità del cibo, prezzo e location: consigliatissimo.
15/09/2024: Sandwich shop, linked to a historic sausage factory, in the alleys of the historic center of Gravina. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is quick and courteous. The strong point is undoubtedly the ingredients: the cured meats and bread are excellent, and, in addition to the other fresh ingredients, pickles from the well-known Apulian company Annese are also used (a guarantee). The prices are decidedly competitive, especially when compared to the quality of the products. An excellent combination of food quality, price and location: highly recommended.
