I was really satisfied, in every sense..... Trattoria Il Tris is the classic place where you feel at home, impeccable service, then the place is truly splendid for those who want to spend a relaxing day, enjoying the ancient flavors and products at km 0. When I say ancient flavours, I mean it, the starters are amazing and I can assure you that everything is homemade, the meat melts in your mouth and the first courses are truly delicious.... Advice Advice...

Very positive experience. Everything was good, from the rich appetizer to the dessert. Food cooked well with fresh and genuine products. Impeccable service. Very clean and pleasant location, immersed in the nature of the Nebrodi, but only 15 minutes from Capo d'Orlando

Che dire eccellente :ottimi cibi molto ricercati e di produzione propria o locale, gusti mai assaporati prima, genuinità, eccezionalità dei prodotti. Ottimi , abbondanti e molto vari gli antipasti, formaggi prelibati, ottime le frittatine soprattutto quelle alle ortiche……che dire della pasta aglio e olio ma pasta fatta in casa con il finocchietto… Eccellente torneremo

Abbiamo mangiato piatti genuini e preparati con sapienza, antipasti tipici siciliani, veri "pezzi" gourmet frutto della pfantasia dello chef. Primi genuini, ma puntate sui secondi di carne, la scelta è ridotta, praticando il km 0, si gusta quello che si è preparato in giornata, menù limitato... I formaggi sono l 'eccellenza di questo posto, serviti con accuratezza e cortesia. Vino non degno di nota. In rilievo l'umanità e l'empatia del proprietario! Prezzo adeguato alla qualità.

29/11/2023: We were in Taormina in mid-September and found this place while Googling for a vegetarian restaurant - we were not disappointed! The ambiance is fabulous, we loved every wine we tried, and the bruschetta and tiramisu were delicious!! Unfortunately, we didn't get back to try their pasta dishes, but if we ever make it back to Taormina, I hope Timoleone's is still there. We met the owner, who was friendly, down to earth, and you could tell he loved and took pride in his restaurant. We saw him working as hard as the staff!! Five stars all the way!!

14/11/2023: Maybe our best night out in Sicily! We didn't want a ton of food, but we did want some great local wine and an intimate night out in a small local restaurant. The owner (Catalina? I apologize if I got this wrong) was fantastic in helping us pick out great wine, a perfect platter (with fantastic local cheese, ham with truffles made by her mother along with fig jam, eggplant two ways, etc...) - she told us to get the smaller size thank god as even that was way more than we could eat. We enjoyed a great bottle of wine, great food, and a memorable amaro at the end. In short, this may have been out best meal, service and food in 2 weeks traveling. I wish we had somewhere like this locally. Grazie mille!!! We loved the family atmosphere and pride - a couple and the mom too who made several things. Don't miss this place!!! The grilled veggies were the BEST ever!
15/09/2023: Stupendo questo locale nel centro di Taormina. Una formaggeria che offre taglieri misti (salumi / formaggi) con assaggi di piatti tipici (caponata, polpette e melanzane). Semplicemente strepitoso, il tutto assaporando un ottimo bicchiere di bianco dell’Etna. Vale la pena provarlo…
