Excellent restaurant. I'm a regular and always enjoy the food. The first courses vary throughout the year, and the meat selection is excellent, but I recommend the individual menu to savor all the delicacies the house has to offer. Highly recommended.

The meats are extraordinary, the fruit of a knowledge that can't be improvised, but comes from a family of butchers and a life dedicated to quality. But the true strength of Fattoria Cigliano is that nothing is left to chance: from appetizers to dessert, each dish is coherent, authentic, recognizable, capable of conveying authentic flavors and memories.
The project began in Pozzuoli, between the hills and the crater of Cigliano, a symbolic and meaningful place, before moving to Quarto. A significant change, made out of necessity, but approached with intelligence and respect, managing to preserve the original soul and identity of the products intact.
At the center of it all is Carlo. A classic style, never over the top, an elegant and reassuring presence. Carlo is a person who naturally puts you at ease, always attentive, always ready to handle every need with discretion and kindness. He has a big heart, and it shows in the way he welcomes, listens, and advises, especially when it comes to organizing parties and events, which he handles as if they were his own.
The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and sincere in their service. A special mention goes to Antonio, always available, attentive, and capable of making every customer feel cared for and respected.
Fattoria Cigliano is not just a place where you eat well: it's a place you return to because it feels like home, where the food tells a true story, and the people and professionalism make the difference.

I've been away for a few years, and nothing has changed; it's always been positive. The cheese and cured meat platter is delicious, the Genovese excellent, and the carbonara very good. The roast beef was simply fabulous, accompanied by perfectly cooked potatoes. My only suggestion would be to add a few more slices of cured meat on the platter; it wouldn't have hurt. I'll definitely be back.

I highly recommend it.
The meat is excellent, but so is everything else, including the appetizers. I highly recommend the Genovese. Very friendly service, and the place is lovely and very welcoming.

Very welcoming restaurant. Wide selection of dishes. Excellent and plentiful first courses and top-quality meats cooked to perfection. The desserts are also delicious. The staff is friendly and never intrusive. Ample on-site parking. Prices are reasonable for the setting.

We went on Friday, the appetizers were good, bruschetta and cured meats and cheeses, but I didn't like the first course. I took a Genovese but the pasta was hard and salty and I told the waiter and he snubbed me. Here's my experience!!!
