Very intimate place, we arrived at a time when the place was empty but then slowly all the tables were occupied. We had a stroller so we had the opportunity to choose a more suitable place as the tables are all placed very close to each other. Excellent food quality, very rich menu with varied choices Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff.

I'm not a lover of bread around meat, but Done Well served me a great product. Perhaps a simpler option is missing from the menu.

Very nice place a stone's throw from the Arco della Pace. Menu with a wide choice of burgers and similar with the possibility of choosing the size (Small, Medium and Double). I had a double Zio d'America with chips on the side. Despite the very inviting appearance, the overall experience did not convince me. I found the meat a little dry, the bread a little stale and the rest of the ingredients failed to balance these flaws. Obviously it wasn't bad, but for a €19 sandwich I expected better. Even the chips didn't make me fly. Good beer, friendly staff and sweets at the register.

Great place to eat something tasty, the place is small but very nice. The sandwiches are very good and unique to each other, worth trying at least once. Furthermore, there is also a lot of choice when it comes to other dishes outside of their burgers, including tartare, schnitzel etc... The staff are really very friendly and helpful :)

Tasted delicious fried taleggio morsels as an appetizer and had a very good Calabrian sandwich. Very helpful staff. Recommended place!

Superb place near the peace arch. It was a real discovery and I recommend it. The food is super good, the service impeccable and the environment super original. I can't wait to go back

08/02/2025: I went for lunch and had a great time. Fast service, welcoming staff. I requested some changes and they were happy with everything. I will definitely be back!!
02/01/2025: Good food (even Vegan), friendly and capable staff, good location. Only the toilet is not in the restaurant but outside, still close. Advised.
