Classically intelligent, but not applied. Very good food, neat and clean place, shame about the waiters. I ordered a pizza and the pizza chef forgot to include some ingredients. I think that's understandable, and with so many orders, it can happen, but the real problem arose later. A young waiter with wavy hair and a snobbish air first lied to me about the ingredients, then returned the pizza and had the missing ingredients added. He also made fun of the Apulian dialect. It's a shame because the food isn't bad.

Overall, not bad. Good pizza, classic Neapolitan style with a thick, fluffy crust. The downsides are definitely the prices, which are way above average for the area (e.g., a Margherita is €9.90) and the pizzas are really small.

Good dishes but you shouldn't serve them on chipped plates

When you go to the Castel Guelfo outlet and you're hungry, this is the right place. An excellent menu for all tastes.

I'll start by saying that the food is good, but the service needs a complete overhaul... The waiters were annoyed, but above all, very disorganized... Long waits, even though it was 2:30 PM and the place was empty... They wanted to bring us coffee, but we were still waiting for the entrees, which they then forgot about :/ Maybe there's a lack of communication.

Excellent pizza is often empty, incomprehensible

Located at the entrance to the Castel Guelfo outlet. The place was tidy, but with the place practically empty, we had to sit at a table they chose. We ordered a main course and a pizza. The Margherita pizza was good, but the slow-cooked chicken breast was bland and practically boiled, with a lime sauce (which I absolutely didn't like) to add flavor. I didn't like it at all, although I probably made the wrong choice myself. With two small beers, a small water, and two coffees, the cost was just over €50, brought down to €46 and some thanks to a Thursday discount on pizza. Definitely a lot (too much) for the quality of the place and what we ate. Service was adequate. Quantities were adequate. Price was excessive. Even though it's located inside an outlet, more is needed to entice customers to return.

I can only rate the pizza... delicious dough, perfectly cooked, slightly small in size... but the ingredients are really mediocre... I won't add photos so as not to make you look bad...
