I had a plate of spaghetti cacio e pepe, which was delicious and well-prepared. I was with my wife, who ordered a different plate of spaghetti, which arrived (after we asked for it) 2-3 minutes later. You have to keep calling the waiters because they chatter among themselves and pretend not to see you.

If you want pizza then you're on the safe side... but leave everything else alone... Well... maybe it's my fault for wanting to "dare" with a carbonara... obviously it had nothing of the carbonara... it had no pepper... it had no salt... it had 8 (eight) pieces of bacon (?) and a sauce that reminded of egg yolk... but it had nothing of the egg... Then, okay... cutlery and two dirty glasses in addition to the slowness in preparing the food... But that's another story!

One of the best pizzas in all of Bologna. excellent Neapolitan dough, excellent quality ingredients. The staff is professional and courteous. His dishes, both the first and second courses, are also very good.

The ice cream is very flavorful, and it's free of plasticizers. At least it seems that way to me. I liked it a lot. The coffee, however, seemed burnt.

Accolti con professionalità e gentilezza dal Direttore, abbiamo trascorso due ore piacevoli in questo ristorante alle porte dell’Outelt di Castelguelfo. Cibo di qualità, sapori genuini e pesce cucinato con maestria culinaria, cordialità del personale ( grazie a Ernesto, Vincenzo ed Elisa per l’attenzione e la cura del cliente!) sono i punti di forza dl Farinella Castelguelfo. Posto assolutamente da rivisitare l!

16/09/2025: The summer part is very pleasant, the staff are very kind... but the kitchen probably isn't big enough to handle the influx of customers, creating quite long wait times... It's a shame because there is potential, but when you wait 50 minutes for a couple of hamburgers I think it's a bit excessive...

19/04/2025: Primi piatti buoni ma sicuramente non eccellenti. Gnocco fritto farcito rimasto un po' indietro di cottura e molto deludente. Tempi di attesa lunghissimi (30/40 min per ricevere i primi). Apprezzato il gesto di offrirci mezzo lt di vino della casa per scusarsi dell'attesa. Conto finale di 35 euro per 1 acqua, 2 primi, 1 gnocco fritto farcito e 2 caffè.
09/04/2025: Platos de pasta de estilo boloñés lo que pedimos, no quiero ser injusto pero, no recibí las reclamaciones de estilo. Probablemente estaba acostumbrado a comer pasta italiana en América, estilo americano. Definitivamente no estaba mal, lo único que no es como solía comer. En la mesa al resto le encantó así que, pueden merecer 5 estrellas, para mí es 4 estrellas. El servicio no fue demasiado rápido probablemente estaban ocupados invitando a más gente a comer cuando la gente entra tienen que esperar más que un poco; - ) )
