I went to eat at this pizzeria in San Lorenzo and had a fantastic pizza, goat's Taleggio cheese and zucchini. The ingredients were top-notch. Paired with a top-notch natural wine. While I waited, I looked at some reviews, and one was completely negative. It claimed the pizza was horrible. I was almost worried. After enjoying one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted in my life, I thought back to that review and wondered what the woman who wrote that embarrassing review was used to eating.

09/11/2025: They've changed management and name, and they've definitely improved the quality....the appetizers are endless, the pizza rounds are truly delicious, and the pizza is truly thin and topped beautifully.
04/10/2025: Simona opens late, and although it's quite isolated, yet very easy to get to, you can party loudly until late. Parking is available, but above all, excellent grilled meats, wood-fired pizza, and traditional Roman first courses. I forgot about the platters of cold cuts, cheeses, and fried foods, including beans with "critica" (a kind of pasta dish) and tripe with tomato sauce. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the ingredients; for €30, you can eat and drink your fill! Otherwise, there are much cheaper fixed-price menus that won't disappoint! A special shout out to Andrea, who is always so kind and patient with everyone!!! Go visit them and you'll be back!!!
