It's not real pizza, it's more like pinza. It's very very different from the classic pizza in Rome or Naples. It's not bad but I don't see it calling it a pizza. Served on paper, not plates (I'm ok with saving the soap, but wasting paper is not very eco-friendly as well!)
Also the price is a little bit on the high-end (10-11 for a Margherita).
Staff is not super-friendly to be honest.

Very good pizza of various sizes. The daily variations offered are tasty, delicious and interesting. The staff are attentive and helpful! If you are in San Lorenzo I recommend you go

Very good pizza dough, however the choice of flavors is very limited and no fried foods or starters of any kind are available. Very good desserts. Medium-high prices, also considering the type of service.

Good pizza with delicate leavening and great lightness. The quality of the flour is immediately noticeable and so is the delicacy of the ingredients. Simple, welcoming environment, like an old-time tavern - and the idea of small pizzas is beautiful, allowing you to taste multiple types.

High quality leavened products, excellent raw materials and deliberately particular service on baking paper without cutlery. A very welcome return to simplicity. Attentive and friendly staff.

A different format than usual which however does not detract from the quality which remains very high. The pastorale and the 4 cheeses must definitely be mentioned for how good they are. The dough is very light and highly digestible.

Excellent pizza. Good dough, good crusts that you don’t want to throw away, balanced toppings. I had a couple of the small. They are really small, it takes two for one starving person.
Prices are slightly above average.

Sono stata varie volte, l’ultima volta proprio ieri, con amici. Poche proposte selezionate, ottime sperimentazioni su pizza e calzoni della settimana, bontà del cibo incredibile a fronte di prezzi assolutamente onesti, soprattutto a fronte della qualità degli ingredienti che fa la differenza. Farinè è un’esperienza che va assolutamente provata.
