I visited the hotel during a medical event. I was immediately struck by the fact that I wasn't in Bari, but in a very welcoming environment with attention to detail, something I've only found in Milan, Rome, and Florence! Fantastic...I highly recommend it!

The hotel is near the train station and the bus terminal. It is in a quiet area, and easy to find. The check-in was quick and easy. However, there are some negative aspects. The room could use some slippers. We only received a small coffee bag, although we were accommodated for two people. There was a water leak in the bathroom that made noise in the room. Then, the breakfast was very poor, the place was full and noisy. It can definitely be improved, as can the rest of the aspects.

Hotel in the heart of Bari, across from the train station, with convenient parking. I stayed overnight and had meals, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and functional. The meals were delicious, as was the breakfast. Kudos to all the staff.

One of the few hotels where the staff makes the difference. A 5-star rating with honors goes to the dining room, housekeeping, and reception staff.

We received a welcome drink in a comfortable bar!
The rooms were clean and had bathtubs.
The rooms were sunny and well-lit.
The reception and bartenders were professional!
They even looked after my large suitcase for two days!
(Because I was going to Alberobello)
I would especially recommend this place to Japanese people!
There's also a supermarket in the building next door that sells everything!

The rooms are clean and well located near to train station, but it is a bit spartan given the pricing level.
There are no complimentary mineral water (at 1.50 Euro per bottle in the room fridge or alternatively buy from supermarket nearby), no tissue box in the room (only toilet rolls in the bathroom), no complimentary slippers nor toothbrushes. Some may say this is environmentally responsible, but it is unwelcoming for guests if there is not even complimentary still water for guests who checked into their rooms.

A very comfortable hotel, located in an area that at first might not seem ideal, but turns out to be convenient for accessing the pedestrian streets and the beautiful Bari Vecchia. It has paid parking. The room was fine, as was the breakfast.

Conveniently located near the train station and a short walk from the historic center. Clean rooms and excellent Wi-Fi. There's also a work station with free drinks and coffee.
