Farenheit 451 In Alpignano

Pizzeria restaurant of the Associaz. Italiana Celiachia circuit, half an hour from Turin. They make pizza and fresh pasta, also gluten-free. I ate a plate of fresh pasta with calamari and datterini tomatoes, gluten-free, very very good. The SG bread was also amazing. The Sicilian cannoli were also excellent. The only flaw was the environment, with the air conditioning off and very noisy. The staff was very kind. A place definitely recommended for the quality of the raw materials

Overall a positive experience. I found the pizzas to be good tasting, but a little too “cheesy” and not hot so the mozzarella was lumpy. The daily specials were very good. Good service, young and a little distracted but committed. “Senior” waiter available.

A paradise for me who is lactose intolerant! I was there for a birthday dinner, we hadn't been warned of my intolerance, but the owner was very kind in reassuring me, he invited me to choose from the menu without any problems and that he would take care of replacing the necessary ingredients. I chose a delicious fish menu, satisfied with everything, I ate every course with real pleasure! The birthday cake had cream and even at that moment, the owner approached me to tell me what a la carte desserts I could order so I could share the moment with the table, I had a space tiramisu, truly a dream! Professionalism, kindness and availability are the basis of the staff and the place! I will definitely be back ❤️ Thanks again for everything!

Very nice place, clean and welcoming. The staff is very attentive, kind and precise with orders and are quite quick with reservations. The food and aperitifs are excellent with average prices, they should add some music!!! I highly recommend coming here and I will definitely be back! I had a good time.😊

Posto ottimo, buono tutto, ottimo per celiaci........improponibile aspettare un'ora per una pizza oltretutto durante la settimana. Peccato!!!

I'm sorry to give only three stars to a place, but I do it to point out a critical issue. The place offers good food and good service. The environment itself is also valid. What is really annoying is the decidedly high noise level. I had dinner with a friend and it was difficult to converse. Very annoying, if I go to dinner with someone it's not just to eat, but also to spend an evening enjoying the company of the guests. It's a shame, if they did something to solve this problem the restaurant could even deserve 5 stars.
