FAO37 In Mazara del vallo

Abbiamo provato il sushi all you can eat per la prima volta da Fao37, siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti. Il locale si presenta semplice e raffinato, il personale gentilissimo ma soprattutto il sushi è stato veramente ottimo. Pesce fresco, non il solito sushi commerciale. Le tartare fresche e saporite. Assolutamente consigliato. Torneremo certamente.

I went to this place for a birthday dinner. Top evening management, they had another table, but the timing was excellent. The food was varied, plentiful and delicious, even in the gluten-free version. No waste thanks to the box at the end of the evening. Fair price compared to quality and quantity. Very welcoming environment and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I will come back and definitely recommend it!

Excellent product quality, the product served is of the highest quality, the dishes are tasty. Nothing special, simple dishes but made with great skill, they have that Asian note that never clashes with fish. The service is very honest and attentive to customer needs, I am very attentive to detail.

Locale pulitissimo, accoglienza super. Mi era stato proposto il sushi ma ho sono andato sul tradizionale, tuttavia hanno voluto farmi omaggio di un assaggio di sushi e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso: ottimo ! Antipasto di crudi di mare fresco e promosso a pieni voti. Il primo, busiate con gamberi e pomodorini, perfettibile: leggero si ma fin troppo, mancava solo qualche ingrediente che gli facesse alzare il livello. Sono giovani per bene e intelligenti che sono sicuro faranno di tutto per migliorare ancora. Ringrazio ancora la titolare, che mi ha accolto con gentilezza, umanità e mi ha fatto sentire come fossi a casa
