We ate here before taking the funicular to Erice. It's a great option because prices up in Erice are much higher. Café Rose has very reasonable prices. There weren't many other options, so we had to make do with what was available. The waiters only speak Italian, but they try their best to explain things.

25/05/2026: We've been there twice now, and we found this place based on other people's reviews—we definitely weren't disappointed! The pizza is delicious, perfectly baked, and the portions are really large. We've ordered both dine-in and takeout, and each time everything has been top-notch. The very friendly service and atmosphere are also a big plus. The coal-fired oven is truly impressive, giving this place a unique character. We definitely recommend it!
18/05/2026: Excellent pizzas, super topped, and highly digestible, perfectly cooked, compliments to the pizza chef, if I may make a suggestion... a drizzle of oil on the edge to make it softer, anyway they are truly super tasty!

21/08/2026: A typical Trapani restaurant serving excellent seafood, the best part, in addition to the food, is the service provided by professional, competent staff who were able to recommend some excellent dishes to me.
16/08/2026: Beautiful restaurant in a building with typical vaulted ceilings. The best mussel soup I've ever had, and I highly recommend it to all future diners.
