05/05/2025: We went to this fantastic hotpot restaurant, me, my girlfriend and my brothers-in-law, and it was a simply perfect evening! The food is of the highest quality: the meats cut thin and served on ice were very fresh and perfect for cooking in the three different broths, one better than the other. The variety of sauces, condiments and side dishes makes everything even tastier. But the real added value are Michele and Alessia, the owners: very kind, very nice and super welcoming! Michele also let us taste some spectacular artisanal Chinese grappa, a gesture that made the experience even more special. The environment is designed with attention to detail, with a warm and authentic atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at home. It is a place that I would recommend to anyone who wants to live an authentic, convivial and different than usual culinary experience. Highly recommended! We will be back very soon! ❤️🔥

The decoration is also very nice and pretty, and it’s great for taking photos! As soon as the bottom of the pot was served, my taste buds were completely conquered. All the bottom of the pot is freshly boiled that day, so it is fresh overnight. I have a bowl of soup before washing the dishes, which is appetizing and satisfying. The freshness of the ingredients is impeccable. The Wagyu beef has a clear texture and is as delicate as snowflakes. Rinse it gently in the pot and take it out after changing color. It melts in your mouth and overflows with milky aroma. The shrimps are plump and firm, and when you bite into them, they are full of fresh and tender shrimp meat, which is elastic and smooth. The service is so considerate that I can't say enough. The staff are warm and considerate. From the friendly greetings when you enter, to promptly helping to adjust the heat and add soup when dining, they will also give practical dish recommendations based on taste preferences.
