A charming bakery offering breakfast and aperitifs. The bread is delicious, and the place is very cute. Recommended.

In the morning, we'd been to see the Silan waterfalls, and following the trail, we reached Valrovina. The wonderful aroma of wood-fired bread wafted through the air, leading us to the bakery. To our surprise, we realized it was much more than just a simple bakery. There were 12 of us for breakfast... fabulous brioches, and out of 12 requests, only 3 were macchiatoni. Impeccable service, with a warm and appreciated courtesy. We brought home some whole-grain bread, which, when we ate it that evening, was still soft and its crust still crunchy... Tomorrow, August 15th, we'll be back for breakfast, in the car this time.
