Young management with clear ideas. Excellent gastronomic proposals. Drank as an aperitif an excellent glass of Franciacorta with Cantabrian anchovies, bread from the Demetra bakery and butter. Everything excellent. The place is truly special in the magical context of the panoramic square of Longiano. Highly recommended.

This place is a gem in the small historic center of Longiano. I recommend stopping by to taste some dishes, drink a glass of wine and enjoy an atmosphere of times gone by! Really good! We will definitely be back!

Bruschetteria Gambacorta Anni 20

01/04/2025: Bruschetta means Gambacorta with a mustache who is a character. The service is fast but expect an atmosphere that is anything but formal. Wide choice, the 120cm bruschetta should only be taken if you are a person who eats a lot, otherwise the 80cm one is sufficient. The only flaw is the really high cost of drinks, a one-liter jug ​​of coke at €8 seems excessive to me, while an 80cm bruschetta is acceptable at €13. We, 10 people, spent €19 each, without dessert or coffee.
29/03/2025: Needless to say how good bruschetta is!!!! Try more types And wash it down with 7 degree beer...so much stuff
