We needed a last-minute emergency shelter on our way home. We received a very warm welcome, and the owner had no problem accommodating us for a total of three days. The rooms are spacious and clean... even the street-facing room was comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection... scrambled eggs were no problem on request. We'd be happy to come back 😁

A beautiful and charming hotel located just off the main road (no street noise) with ample parking. Numerous shops and the train station are nearby. It's a great base for exploring the surrounding area, including trips to Trieste and Venice. The hotel has an elevator, making it easy for some to access the upper floors. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds, a wardrobe, a desk, a TV, and individually controlled air conditioning. The bathroom is huge, equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. As for cleanliness, it was the first hotel I've ever been to that was truly spotless, with not even a speck of dust on the floor. We happened to have a room with a balcony, which is another plus. Breakfast is typically Italian – sweet, incredibly tasty, and with delicious coffee. There's a garden at the back of the hotel, perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Everything is truly wonderful, but the greatest advantage of this hotel is the incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. During our stay (August 17-20, 2025), a blonde woman greeted us with a wonderful smile every morning. The aura it exuded created an amazing atmosphere that makes it really worth stopping there.

Chosen for its strategic location if you want to be close to Trieste and the highway. Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. The only downside that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the noise at night... being close to the road, it's very noisy at night due to passing cars. I recommend light sleepers bring earplugs.
