26/05/2025: We identified this place from online reviews, and were particularly impressed by the culinary offerings. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with courtesy by the maitre de salle. The place is elegant, featuring a large presence of fine wood. As an appetizer, we opted for the risotto with fresh asparagus, stracciatella and perch tartare, while for the second course we chose the braised beef cheek with carrot puree and baby spinach. Both dishes turned out to be of excellent quality, truly exquisite. To conclude the meal, we shared a rose cake and a burnt yogurt cream, both exquisite. The price, in line with the general average, is slightly high, but the quality of the food made it fully justified.
20/05/2025: Incredibly delicious, even on a quiet day (Tuesdays in the off-season), only the best is served, and the cuisine is incredibly delicious and creative! A great random hit when looking for a restaurant 😍
