Fabrizio Racca - Dessert In Torino

I saw this place just before leaving Turin. Amazing cakes!!! I bought a little pecan nut pie to eat at home. Wauw, so delicious. Next time I have to try one of the other cakes. Definitely a place you won't regret if you appreciate high quality pastry.

My husband and I are true pastry and dessert enthusiasts, always looking for authentic works of art on our travels around the world. However, after trying Fabrizio Rocca's desserts, we can say with certainty that he is not only the best, but a true master who manages to transform every dessert into an experience that will remain in the heart forever. Fabrizio and his team don't just give away gastronomic works of art, but real surprise desserts that captivate you and make you want to discover more and more. High quality pastry shop, choosing between the single portions (€6) in the window is a real feat. Too bad it's not a café, so no coffee, cappuccino or ginseng. There are only bottled infusions (€3).

Desserts are a matter of taste but there is no question about Fabrizio Racca's research: there is always something new to try but the "certainties" of his production are never lacking. I applaud the choice of staff: kind, smiling, prepared - even in the most stressful moments, when it would be human to give in to tiredness. Going to the Corso Vittorio store is always a very pleasant experience: just as it should be.

I have known Fabrizio Racca's cakes for many years, since before the shop in Corso Vittorio opened and, when I need a good dessert I know that I can never go wrong with one of their cakes. Always perfectly balanced flavors and perfect textures. A satisfaction for the palate! We also chose Fabrizio Racca for our wedding and I can say with extreme conviction that we couldn't have made a better choice! Impeccable service and delicious cake. The guests were enthusiastic. A big thank you to Fabrizio Racca who was there with us that day and allowed us to make the cake moment magical!

Everything is nice and good, but the Monte Bianco is incredible, an unmissable sum of flavours!

It's really impossible to pass this pastry shop without stopping. All the desserts are small masterpieces. I tried the tart with cream and berries, truly delicious, crumbly pastry and velvety lemon cream that goes perfectly with the freshness of the fruits.
