Beautiful historic restaurant in the center of Giarre, wide choice of products, friendly and qualified staff. The lady at the tables is attentive and cheerful, the owner at the cash desk is friendly, the chocolate and the service are excellent.

Fabbrica Finocchiaro è un’azienda storica fondata nel 1910, una delle realtà industriali più prestigiose della zona, specializzata nella produzione di dolci e confetteria. La sua tradizione artigianale si fonde con un continuo impegno nella ricerca della qualità, con particolare attenzione agli ingredienti e ai metodi di lavorazione. Nel corso degli anni, Fabbrica Finocchiaro ha ampliato la sua offerta, arricchendo la gamma con dolci e specialità locali come cannoli siciliani, cassate, biscotti e altri prodotti da forno tipici dell’isola. La qualità dei suoi prodotti è indiscutibile, ma va detto che anche i prezzi sono elevati, giustificati dalla qualità offerta. Un piccolo appunto: una stella in meno potrebbe essere data per l’euro di coperto che viene applicato, anche se, in fondo, è pur sempre un bar mascherato da fabbrica.
