Very crowded place after 7pm.
We had T-bone steak on the stove.
Despite the super ok ingredients, the super ok kitchen, the waitress, overcrowded and overwhelmed by the crowd of customers, brought our food to the table cold.
We couldn't cook the beef on the stove, their specific polenta was lukewarm, all in all a 3 to 4.
Too bad about the location and the kitchen, the girls serving were outnumbered.

It's definitely worth it. Excellent service despite the restaurant being full, very welcoming and clean, and the meat is excellent quality. It's a shame the funny t-shirts worn by the staff aren't on sale yet.
I recommend going at least once.

Excellent food, pleasant atmosphere, courteous staff.
The service was a bit slow, but perhaps that's inevitable in such a busy establishment with such refined cuisine.
One thing leaves me a little perplexed, and it doesn't just concern the staff here. I'm referring to the unpleasant but increasingly widespread habit of addressing customers informally. Maybe it's because I'm quite old and perhaps less able to adapt to the changing times, but hearing a 21-year-old addressing me informally is unpleasant and out of place.

Fabbrica Pedavena is a restaurant we frequent occasionally. The waiters are always very kind and helpful, and the burgers are very good, as is the pizza. In my opinion, their best dish, which isn't often found, is the calzone; I often order the "pizzicotto." The prices aren't high considering the quality of the product. The only downside is the two shifts; we always work from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
