I tried the linguine with red mullet and avocado cream, and I have to say I was truly impressed. The red mullet is delicate and pairs beautifully with the linguine. The avocado cream is soft and fresh, tying everything together perfectly without overpowering the other flavors. The presentation is also meticulous, making the dish even more inviting. It's definitely worth a try. Elegant setting, excellent service.
