Avendo saputo che "Ezio le scalette" ha riaperto con nuova gestione, dopo la ristrutturazione, siamo andati una sera per festeggiare il compleanno della figlia. Giovanni, il direttore di sala, ci ha accolti e seguiti per tutta la sera con premure; Fabio, lo chef, ci ha presentato la proposta di menu per la cena: selezione di crostacei crudi, ostriche e frutti di bosco, tartare di tonno e tartare di pescato come antipasto, un assaggio di primo. Grigliata di gamberoni. Pesce freschissimo ed eccellente. Ambiente raffinato e molto tranquillo. Servizio molto attento. Da ripetere!

But what really made our evening unforgettable were Noemi and Francesco, two exceptional waiters. Professional, attentive and with an ever-ready smile, they made us feel at home, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Thanks to them, our dinner was perfect. I arrived at the Ezio Le Scalette restaurant with a bad cold and wanted something hot and quick. The convenient location near my hotel encouraged me to book. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with great cordiality. One of the managers, with great attention, immediately understood my need and recommended a hot mussel soup, which turned out to be truly delicious! He avoided offering me starters or more complex dishes so that I could immediately eat something warm and comforting. To finish, an excellent tiramisu prepared by them, which made me feel at home. Furthermore, they were extremely kind in letting me know that, since my hotel was right across the street, they could help me with any needs related to my cold, even offering me a herbal tea or something during the day. These small gestures of attention and kindness were truly appreciated and made my experience special. I felt more than a customer, I felt pampered and at home. Sometimes, these are precisely the things that make the difference, much more than a thousand reviews on the dishes. Thank you so much for everything!
