28/12/2025: I visited Favilla Pizzeria con Cucina Roma a few nights ago, and I want to tell you how it went, as I perceived it from my table.
As soon as I walked in, I was struck by the welcoming and simple atmosphere, a place that doesn't try to be "cool" but rather makes you feel at ease, as if you were at a neighborhood pizzeria.
I ordered a pizza, and I must say that the crust, with its crispy and light Roman dough, was truly pleasing to the palate: you could taste the quality of the flours and the long leavening, and the pizza was fragrant but not heavy to digest.
The fried foods and appetizers I tried were tasty and well-made—especially the supplì, which were golden and flavorful, perfect for sharing while waiting for your pizza.
The only thing that stands out, reading other experiences, is that there can sometimes be a bit of a wait to be served, especially when the place is busy, because the kitchen isn't huge and the pace is more artisanal than that of a large restaurant. In any case, I didn't wait too long, and the time was well spent chatting with everyone I met.
The staff was courteous and helpful, even happy to recommend the right beer to pair with the pizza.
Overall, what I take away from this experience is a nice mix of quality pizza, a genuine atmosphere, and average prices for a Roman restaurant of this price range. Definitely a place I recommend if you're looking for a casual evening with good pizza, without being too pretentious but still full of flavor.

The fried foods are also good.
