The canollo was amazing! The filling of ricotta cheese is made of local cow milk . U can literally feel the taste of fresh cow cheese. I recommend it with love !

Is it the best cannoli in Sicily? I don't know, but I really enjoyed it. It was a destination I wanted to visit, and I'm happy I made a visit, albeit a brief one, to Piana degli Albanesi. I like the history of the place, and I think this influenced my final review, which is very positive. I found courtesy, which should never be taken for granted. I can imagine how stressful it can sometimes be to have the staff repeat the same things over and over again, so well done and keep up the good work. I also took away the ricotta and the wafers, and I must say that after three days, everything was still delicious.

the cannolo is an extra-sensory experience

Sooner or later I'd like to try this famous cannolo even though I live in the province of Messina and therefore a bit far away, but everyone speaks highly of it and I also really like Luca the owner, he seems like a simple guy.
