Exedra New In Scorrano

We stumbled upon this osteria by chance; we needed lunch and didn't feel like wandering around. As often happens on these occasions, we couldn't have found a better place. It's an old-fashioned osteria, with few frills, but well-kept and clean. Its real strength is the deliciousness and authenticity of the dishes. Everything is delicious, from the appetizers, made with the highest quality ingredients, to the pasta, cooked to perfection. The dishes are generous, but so good that it's impossible not to finish them. The desserts are also top-notch. The host, Gianluca, is discreet and truly kind; he explained the dishes to us with patience and expertise. We had such a great time that we returned the same evening, and our first impressions were fully confirmed. Excellent value for money.

A simple, well-run restaurant. The food is excellent and the service is quick. The waiter who served us was knowledgeable and entertaining, without ever being intrusive. I highly recommend it!

There is little to say. If you want to eat well, but well, like once, tasty and quality, here we must eat! Honest prices, friendliness and quality.

We were on vacation in Salento and were looking for a typical, homely place, tied to the tradition of the area. We chose Osteria Exedra... the choice was never more perfect! Delicious appetizers: excellent capocollo, super grilled provola and excellent pitta, typical of Salento. But the highlight was the first course: I had the orecchiette with rocket pesto, ricotta and cherry tomatoes... AMAZING! We finished with a dessert and a limoncello and a coffee liqueur homemade by the boy who served us. House wine, various waters and all the good things to eat. For four people, we spent ONLY 80 euros. Highly recommended!

Home cooking and typical in Scorrano. Recommended

We found ourselves "by chance" in these parts, and we decided to stop in this tavern. Here you can feel the atmosphere of home, with friendly staff. Prices are higher than normal, if you want to eat in a place where you want to feel at home, you will surely be able to remain satisfied and above all full. All of excellent quality. We will be back. The pasta with burrata cream and tomatoes is excellent, I recommend trying it.

I would return 1000 more times just for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, leaving aside this more than winning aspect, the more than excellent food recalling local traditions. Highly recommended.
