Delicious food to try, highly recommended

A simply furnished restaurant. But very good food. The service was extremely courteous and polite. The prices really can't be beat for the good, sumptuous food. We had antipasti, pasta, meat and dessert and didn't spend quite 30 euros per person.

The place you don't expect. The food is good and well made, the place is a little left to the imagination, and the service is well done but very rustic. But I must say that stars are not everything but they are all well deserved.

We found this Osteria last year on holiday and went back 3 times, truly authentic local Italian food at a very reasonable price. I gave up even looking at the menu and simply asked the owner to bring me whatever he would eat – ended up eating things I would never have ordered that were truly wonderful. We all agreed if we are ever in Puglia again we definitely go out of our way to eat here again, in fact I’d go back just to eat here! We were the only non-locals there (which is always a good sign), the owner did speak English yet still made us feel very welcome. I’d give 6 stars if it was an option
